Ótima localização e atendimento. Ponto negativo para o chuveiro com box que não fecha e inunda todo o banheiro. Além disso, a água não ficava muito quente e não tinha lugar perto para apoiar sabonete e shampoo, o que contribuia para inundar o banheiro.

Excelente localização. Quarto bem pequeno e banheiro antigo (Porém a maioria dos hotéis em Paris são assim). Facilidade acesso e opções de restaurantes próximos.

Todo Fenomenal excepto una cosa. Reservas con Booking... y a la hora de llegar al hotel con todo pagado... te quieren cobrar una "Tasa turística" que no se refleja en ningún lado. Lo curioso de todo esto... es que el último día se olvidaron de cobrarla... imagínate lo legal que debe ser esa tasa

Hotel muito agradável, com tudo que você precisa para uma estadia agradável, em uma ótima localização. Fomos bem recebidos por uma equipe atenciosa, fiquei até surpreso por ter recebido um pouco de atenção do hotel no meu aniversário. Hotel pequeno em uma localização fantástica, perto de tudo e uma base perfeita para passear por Paris. É bom dormir e dar um passeio. Os quartos são limpos, espaçosos e confortáveis. Muito pequenas áreas de estar, mas eu realmente não me importo. Não vou a Paris para ficar em um hotel. Marcado como hotel de referência se pretende conforto sem procurar luxo.

A health hazard! The hotel is well located, the bed is very comfortable, but there was a serious problem with the air conditioning, it turned on by itself at night when we were sleeping, and there was no way to disconnect it completely, so it was a problem for the health, being able to fall ill. They told us that it was a problem with the entire building and not with my room in particular, and that they were trying to fix it, but when they came to charge us for the stay they didn't have any details in the price. That is to say, I slept well for three nights. As I was on vacation, I didn't feel like arguing or asking for the complaint form, which is what I should have done ... So it was our bad experience in this hotel, it was not up to the task, I would not go again, nor can I recommend it ..

Just came back from a trip to Paris. This hotel was excellent! The location is great for getting around Paris.There were cafes, pharmacies and other conveniences near by. We loved that it was so close to the Louvre! We upgraded to a deluxe room and the room was so spacious and totally worth it! The room clean, comfortable and the shower even had a rain shower head! What made the hotel really wonderful was the hotel staff. The front desk staff in morning, afternoon and night were so helpful! We were able to get coffee and soda anytime we wished and anytime we had a question (even about COVID testing) they were able to help us. Even in the evening, the staff person (I did not get his name) suggested and scheduled a cab for us from the hotel to the airport because of construction on the RER B. We truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would 100% recommend.

A clean and affordable hotel close to the louvre. Included in our stay was a really good breakfast. The room was small, but as we only slept in it, no problem, and the bathroom was fine.

Overall this is a nice small boutique hotel located in the heart of Paris. That I cannot complain about. My room had some issues though. Heater was stuck in full hotness and the shower head could only spray water horizontally. Seemed that it only was my room that was affected - not my travel companions whose rooms were perfect. Spend three nights there and none of those things got fixed while I visited - despite me informing the friendly staff.I could so easily give this place two stars. But that location!!!

Hotel bien ubicado, cerca del museo del Louvre. Es de espacios reducidos, tanto la entrada, los pasillos, las habitaciones y el desayunador. La atención del personal es muy buena. Lástima la falta de lugar para moverse.

My fiancé and I took a last minute trip to Paris and the staff was really helpful via email in answering my questions about the hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room and had a king size bed, heated towel racks and enough room for two people to get ready. The room was very clean and the staff, especially Jacques was extremely friendly and kind! He answered several of our questions, scheduled taxis to the airport for us, and our wake up call. We enjoyed visiting with him in the lobby. The location is perfect for sight seeing as you can walk to almost anywhere in 15-20 minutes. We took a taxi to the Eiffel Tower but walked everywhere else. Would recommend and would stay here again!

We needed a clean, comfortable and cool place to stay during our 6 nights in Paris. Our expectations were exceeded with a modern hotel with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. We do not need a large room or suite, and our room met all our needs very well!

Excelente servicio los empleados son muy amable y la ubicación es muy buena serca de la galería Vivien , el palais royal, y a dos cuadras de museo lubre hay un supermercado serca una panadería y al lado del hotel hay la mejor pizza con trufas y una con proshuto de palma la mejor que probé en mi vida

Hotel muy bien situado. Las habitaciones Deluxe son confortables, tienen buen tamaño y los tejidos (sábanas y toallas)son de buena calidad.La zona de desayuno aunque no es enorme, tiene de todo.
