“The hotel is pretty, BUT beds are terrible, uncomfortably soft, walls very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms around you. The restaurant is fair, food plentiful but staff is lacking in training and we waited 40minutes for coffee! The pool area is rather nice, awesome views but sadly the bar is not well stocked, my friend wanted a mojito and the barman said they did not have the mix and he did not have mint, said they forget to stock the bar... So location is good, everyone is well intentioned but the rest leaves much to be desired to the point we cut our stay short.”

“Let me just say Anthony on nights at the front desk is the absolute best! He helped with a situation. Managed all of our issues and genuinely cared. You don’t get that much anymore and let me say his hospitality is above and beyond! You got this 5 stars solely based on him and his helpfulness and patience with us. Amazing person and worker.”
