We were walk-in. 5 star hotel.
Check in lasted almost 30 min.
Indifferent personal.
No vanity kit at the room.

“Decent concept but poorly executed when it comes to your rooftop restaurant. It seems like a second thought or one more way to make an extra buck in these last days of the pandemic.
Work on it and maybe I'll give you 5 stars. In the meantime think about getting more organized and provide better service. The make bartender there is exceptional. He was friendly, kind and accommodating.
