The luxury Yellow Stone resort, Amangani, is perched on the edge of East Gros Ventre Butte in Jackson Hole, a high mountain valley in northwest Wyoming. Rates are inclusive of service fee. Stay date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are subject to cancellation damages. Early departures will be charged the full amount of original reservation. Set atop East Gros Ventre Butte, Amangani is a short drive from Jackson Hole Airport (JAC).

“La anfitriona del restaurante nos trató muy mal en nuestra visita a Amangani.No nos alojamos allí, pero el sitio web del restaurante indica claramente que los no huéspedes pueden cenar allí, sujeto a disponibilidad. La anfitriona fue grosera desde el momento en que me acerqué a ella y le pregunté si podríamos cenar allí ese día o en algún momento de los próximos días. Ella me dijo rotundamente que no permiten que los no invitados cenen allí. Todavía le pregunté si podía consultar con su gerente, ya que me habían dicho lo contrario. De mala gana llamó a su gerente, habló con ella durante menos de 15 segundos, colgó y me dijo que no podían hacer nada por nosotros. Volví a preguntar si podrían tener ALGUNA disponibilidad en la próxima semana, y en ese momento, se negó a llamar a su gerente o verificar el sistema, pero simplemente nos dijo nuevamente, de manera grosera, que los no invitados no podían cenar allí, a pesar de su propia política.Estaba tan molesto, pero me fui, luego decidí enviar un correo electrónico al restaurante para ver si era cierto que cada espacio para cenar estaba reservado para el resto de la semana, o si era solo la anfitriona que se negaba a ayudarnos. Alguien más en el restaurante me envió un correo electrónico en 30 minutos diciendo que podía cenar con ellos para el almuerzo mañana o al día siguiente.¿Es así como alguien en el restaurante de un hotel de lujo debería tratar a la gente? ¿Se debe tratar menos a los no huéspedes? “My girlfriend took me here to celebrate my birthday. We loved our stay at here; The check in experience was unlike any other hotel we’ve been to. There was no lines or anything, it felt very personal. The hotel sits at a gorgeous location facing the grand Tetons and the views from all around are amazing. This is the only place in USA were we have seen a proper infinity pool with breathtaking views from it of the mountains. There also was a open hot water pool which makes it a great place to take in the views at night. They even serve you food and alcohol in the pool if you want, so we enjoyed some drinks in the pool facing the sunset. The restaurant had a big variety of food available and everything else was also available on request, we could get food served anywhere on the property. My girlfriend also arranged for a private dinner for us which they setup outside on a lovely evening. We also enjoyed couples massages and both therapists were amazing, very prompt and professional. Service was just amazing. The day we wanted to go to Yellowstone, they cleaned our car, put water bottles inside and had it parked outside the hotel gate for us in the morning, we wanted to eat Indian food so they had someone from the hotel go to Jackson to pickup Indian food for us. I have never seen service like this before. Such a unique experience, totally worth the money if you want to pamper yourself or a loved one.”
