Lugar perfeito quando se está com a família sem precisar gastar muito. Tudo muito lindo, limpo e organizado!! Pretendo retornar mais vezes.

Nice hotel, not near the strip however it has a year round pool which is why we chose this resort and glad we did. Had a nice restaurant on site, they WILL try to make you sign up for a presentation for a timeshare. If you're interested into that then go ahead otherwise no real complaints.

Great place to stay although you do have to put down a $300 deposit for the room which is pretty steep n when you check out it will take a week to two weeks before the funds return to your account. But the place is great but a little bit of an odd smell in the rooms

Nice place. Our 2 bedroom is pretty spacious. If your smoker this is not the place for you. Rooms were pretty clean. Could of did a better job in the bathroom and the linen. It's a good location close to the airport not far from the strip.

If you're uncertain of where to get a deep tissue,therapeutic, or hot stone massage, along with other relaxing & rejuvenating spa treatments look no further! Bruno worked miracles on my arthritic hands and body today. His techniques were no other massage therapist I've had hands down! LOL Truly knows what he's doing and I will be back soon and often if I can have it written into my work benefits.

Love this resort, check in is always smooth and kind. Rooms are always amazing and well kept. This is hands down one of my favorite time share locations. They also have plenty of amenities and a huge hot tub in your bathroom. Check this resort out, you surely won't regret it.

We called and asked specifically if the pool and slides were open because we were booking our visit for two adjacent rooms for the next day for multiple nights and all we wanted to do was that part. They told us the front pool was closed but the slides and large back pool were indeed open and would remain so. The next day not even 24 hour later, our party checked in to two King rooms. The rooms were identical although a bit dated and seemed good. We enjoyed the space, having our kids sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and they even had their own bathroom with a shower just off there. The king bedroom had an oversized tub and shower in it's large bathroom. The kitchen was great for making meals (since some of our party were on a limited diet) even though it was so small. We went to the back pool (remember the front was closed) and all the slides were closed as well as half of the back pool (it was roped off for the entire time of our stay 4 day vacation) making it as small as a normal hotel pool. We were all so disappointed since we'd specifically asked just before we booked and had been looking forward to it so much. We'd given up the opportunity to be closer to better sites, free hot breakfasts, rooms service and maid service all for the use of the small kitchen and what we thought was going to be a great pool experience. So we spoke with a manager and after much deliberation he reluctantly offered one day worth of resort fees back ($30). Speaking with him soured our experience even more. Then he never credited us the fee for both rooms as he'd promised. So disappointing! The place was very empty so it was easy to park and social distance. But the service, price and experience wasn't phenomenal.

I just loved this resort. It was very clean, quite, very professional friendly staff. Very generous service on items such as tissue, toilet paper, paper towel etc. Good coffee too. It has everything in the kitchen. I wish there was washer and dryer in the unite but they have in the building and they give free detergent for washer, dishwasher and hand wash. Very quality and big TVs in both rooms. Fast internet. I have given 2 free nights if i accepted to listen their presentation which I loved it. I did not have enough money at the moment but I will definitely come back and buy one. As a time share owner, I found Diamond's point system more efficient and way better than time share. It was lovely 10 days for me even though I was all alone. I would like to thank to all staff.

La apariencia del resort es buenísima en el Lobby , y la piscina Hasta que llegamos a la habitación... !!!todo muy viejo ,la cafetera rota ,la vajilla de distintos tipos La cocina y lavavajillas necesitan cambiar urgente Internet solo para 2 dispositivos... increible!!!! Si no ,se paga aparte!!! Por el covid no se limpian las habitaciones a diario... las bolsas de basura quedan en los pasillosde todos los hospedados realmente desagradable Es la tercera vez que paramos en el resort , aunque esta fue la última!!! No lo recomiendo!!! Quedo en el tiempo!!! Una pena!!

Much better than a traditional hotel. Comfy king bed, pull out sofa bed for the kids in the other room, 2 bathrooms, enormous soaking tub, full kitchen (granted the appliances are a bit dated, but they worked well). And the swimming pool and water slides are incredible. Clean and easy stay.

Las habitaciones están bien em cuanto a limpieza se refiereen los baños los tub y los totales estaban tapados un toallero suelto de la pared y el en el parking de la propiedad no hay seguridad pues nuestro auto sufrió daño y cuando nos dorijimos a seguridad del hotel nos respondieron que ellos no se hacen responsable de lo que allí sucedalo que no se me hace justoni seguropara las familias que quieran ir a vacaciones, por otro lado la entrada a la piscina se torna incomoda pues todo esta prohibido mucja seguridad donde no es necesario y poca donde lo requiere ,por lo que no lo recomiendo a personas en familia

En este momento estoy hospedado hase un mes aproximado vine los colchones están ya muy viejos en serio ya no servíanen la anterior habitación..en esta si están bueno pero no hubo cobijas para el sofá cama lo bueno que trajimos nosotros ..ya me la se siempre va haber alguna falla en todos los hoteles siempre.pero nontodo es malo tiene buenos servicio y les fallan cosas no se porque

En mi opinión este lugar para descansar me parece perfecto, por el precio tiene lo indispensable para sentirte como en tu casa o tal vez mejor, lo tiene todo, simplemente bien..

Muito afastado do centro, não há restaurantes pertos, Na suíte a ducha vazava água, tornando o banho frio, avisei na recepção, veio um moço é deu uma apertada com uma ferramenta,que não resolveu nada, O aquecedor é muito barulhento não dá para dormir com ele ligado, tem que desligar se você quer dormir! Falta funcionários, falando espanhol ou português, Os que encontrei se disponham a me entender, ou usava o tradutor. Na chegada ao hotel ninguém te ajuda com a bagagem, nãote explica onde é seu quarto, vocêtem que se virar, Agradeço a camareira que foi gentil e deixou 2 chocolates para mim uma pena não saber o nome dela! Única gentileza que recebi, lamento
