alojamento de qualidade superior!

Local recente mas com muitos defeitos. Wc privado, mas fora do quarto, chão em madeira que range imenso, insonorização péssima entre quartos, que tira privacidade. Não se pode pegar num edifício velho, alisar paredes, pintar tudo de branco, colocar algumas mobílias e fazer uma péssima concorrência aos hotéis. É lamentável a forma como as pessoas querem dinheiro fácil à custa do turismo e do turista.

O alojamento é muito bom para o dinheiro, nós temos o quarto que ficava de frente para a rua principal, cama muito confortável, tudo muito limpo e moderno e quarto decorado com bom gosto, de manhã você ouviu barulho da rua mas não foi inconveniente porque nos levantamos cedo para veja a cidade. O Pedro foi muito atencioso e a Sônia muito simpática é a menina que prepara a mesa para vocês no café da manhã e espreme suco de laranja no café da manhã, com geléia, pão, queijo, peru, iogurte, vários tipos de cereais ... Tudo ótimo! E localização muito central do alojamento

El alojamiento tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio, nos tocó la habitación que daba a la calle principal, cama comodisima, todo muy limpio y habitación moderna y decorada con gusto, por la mañana escuchabas ruido de la calle pero no era inconveniente porque madrugamos para ver la ciudad. Pedro fue muy atento y Sonia muy agradable es la chica que te prepara la mesa para desayunar y nos exprimir zumo de naranja para el desayuno, con mermelada, pan, queso, pavo, yogurt, varios tipos de cereales... Todo buenísimo! Y situación del alojamiento muy céntrica

Uma pousada muito boa com quartos amplos e delicioso suco de laranja no café da manhã. Está localizado em um antigo prédio residencial, graças ao qual os quartos não esquentam, apesar da falta de ar condicionado e do calor lá fora. A desvantagem é a entrada que é uma escada cheia de entulho entre cortiços. Ele está localizado praticamente no centro, então tudo está perto.

Cuando llegamos nos sorprendió la fachada tan vieja y deteriorada( como la mayoría de los edificios de Lisboa) pero cuando entramos era totalmente diferente. Limpieza, habitación y baño bastante amplios, camas cómodas, ubicación excelente y el trato de Pedro genial, nos ayudó en todo momento. El desayuno estupendo y bien servido. Recomendable 100%. Volvería a repetir allí.

Las habitaciones son preciosas y por 40€ por noche no puedes pedir nada mejor , ademas con desayuno , increible.

Amei a estadia no Asul B&B, o quarto é excelente, o atendimento da Lika foi excelente, amamos ela! O café também é muito bom. Falta somente indicações melhores para entrada.

Rooms - clean, big, good mattresses, fan included. Bathrooms- separate from room, big, clean Breakfast - fresh orange juice, coffee, you can make toasts, omelets, there are croissant and Pasteis(custard desert), marmalades, yogurt, diff kind of corn flakes for kids. I dont get why i read negative comments about the breakfast... Do people expect caviar and champagne for breakfast? Location - PERFECT You are located in the district where the nightlife is at its peak. You have the Alfama, bairo alto districts and the centre in 5-10 mins distance. The Trains to Belem and Sintra/Cascais are also near the location. As every city with a strong nightlife scene i would recommend for the light sleepers to get some oropax, i never travel without them! The owner is very friendly and can give you recommendations for places to eat etc. How to get there - you can either use the shuttle service(families, bigger groups) or the metro (as we did) with a little common sense its doable. What i recommend - get the Lisbon card! A little tip for Sintra - after you leave the Sintra train station take the bus 434 and get to Pena Palace, buy ONLY the Park ticket since you can still get inside the terraces and make awesome pictures, this way you avoid the lines and save like 10 euros per person. After that go to the moors castle(200m) and then head to Historic town Sintra to eat something. The Hike down the steep mountain is easier than the way up(thats why you take the bus for) Thank me later :) Also visit the Oceanario in Lisbon! Great for kids and adults, i starred at the sharks for like 1 hour, mesmerizing! Have fun! PS:take some warm clothes also with you, it gets windy in this city, especially at the miradouros(viewpoints)

this hotel can have good point booking. combut has very terrible hotel management system. i booked my hotel one month ago and paid my room. Before my stay i have also email from hotel manager Pedro and i sent all information about me my number which flight is i am arriving etc. The flight morning i have seen my booking cancel by the property and i shocked. because we are flying with my pregnant wife and very frustrated about the situation I tried to call hotel owner or text via whatsapp and there is no response. Hopefully found another place and we went to lisboa. the owner is so rude and he is just telling he had a software issue with hotel management bla blabla. this hotel even they are not have no idea what they are doing do not trust what they are commiting to you. i would definitely not recommend this place and this property management. you can find really better and responsible place with same price range

Muy contento en todos los aspectos, pedro me atendió muy bien, la habitación muy limpia y bonita. El desayuno también genial. Localización muy céntrica. Repetiría!

Rooms size good, friendly people, good breakfast with apparently freshly squeezed orange juice.
