“The facility is very, very nice by even American standards. The staff are tremendous! Everything is great, if you want peace and quiet, but it is very, very quiet. I was here two days midweek, and it was dead. Not enough business to keep the lounge open. I was the only one in any of the four or five pools, or even in the area. Paying $6.00 for a coffee in Puerto Rico is stupid. I will go back to the beach.”

“HORRIBLE!!! THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY GET AWAY AND I WAS BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! THIS STAY ISN'T WORTH A RATING!! DO NOT STAY HERE. THE PHOTOS ARE A FRAUD! THEY HAVE NO AUTHENTIC FOOD. REGULAR NYC FAST FOOD. THE ROOM WAS OLD AND THE WOOD DOOR LOOK LIKE POLICE BUSTED IT OPEN AND THEY TRIED TO PATCH IT BACK TOGETHER. THE TUB HAD BROWN STAINS IN IT. THE CEILING WAS MOLDING. THERE TOWELS WERE ROUGH AND MADE ME ITCH. I HAD TO USE THE POOL TOWELS. IT WAS SO BAD I CHECKED OUT LATE AT NIGHT AND CAUGHT A EARLY FLIGHT BACK TO NYC. THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE CREDIT FOR THE NEXT DAY. THEY CHARGED "RESORT" FEES WHICH THIS PLACE DO NOT EVEN FEEL LIKE A RESORT. EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED OR CLOSED EARLY! THE IGUANAS RAN THE PLACE ALONE WITH THE BLACK CROWS!! OVER PRICED & NOT WORTH THE TIME!!
