Relax on the Heavenly Beds featuring pillow-top mattresses triple sheeting and down blankets and duvets. Flip on the flat-panel LCD TV or connect with in-room Wi-Fi (fee). Wade in the grotto pool with waterfalls water slide and whirlpools. There are also two lap pools a kiddie pool and hot tubs. Dig your toes into the white-sand beach on Crescent Lake. There's also an Asian-inspired day spa Camp Dolphin children's program a fitness center a video arcade and a playground plus tennis basketball and volleyball courts. There are several restaurants including a steakhouse seafood and Disney^®-character dining. Parking is available (fee). Located in the heart of Walt Disney World^® the Dolphin is 28 minutes southwest of the airport. Epcot Center and Hollywood Studios are just a short ferryboat ride away and Disney's Boardwalk is within walking distance. The hotel offers a free shuttle to other areas of the park. Dolphin guests get Extra Magic Hours meaning access to the park before and after official park hours.

“Check in was thankfully easy and quick. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. They have a strong smelling air fresher when you enter the hotel- nice smell but WAY to strong that can trigger a headache. The room itself wasn’t very clean, bathroom still had hair and dust and mildew on the shower walls. Thin walls- kids running up and down the hallways at all times of the evening and VERY early morning yelling “ everyone wake up it’s breakfast time” (side note here with my child and understand kids will be kids but this was unacceptable) Self parking is $32 a day and you have to park an extremely long ways away. The beds in the room have to be the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. We are still currently here for 1 more night ( 5 nights total) and my son and I have gotten the worse sleep ever! we can not wait to be in our own beds- my son (age 8) said a hospital bed was more comfortable. Pool area was dirty and staff watching the slide didn’t seem to care about the safety of the children going down the slide. Only Plus side to this place is how close you are to all the Disney parks. For the price you pay and all the added fees - resort fee and parking fee- and horribly uncomfortable beds- this place is not worth it. Also my card was charged 3 times the “$100 holding fee” this is completely unacceptable”

“My wife and I stayed at the Dolphin two weeks ago and had an amazing time. We were upgraded to a nicer room (no charge) and had an incredible view of the lake and Hollywood Studios area. We’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and it’s just as good as staying at an actual Disney property.The location is perfect—a stone's throw away from Boardwalk and Epcot and a 10-15 minute walk to Hollywood Studios. Every morning we’d grab a coffee and walk to Hollywood Studio's and back…so peaceful along the man-made river. The hotel was extremely clean and something about that smell when you walk in the revolving doors…don’t know what it is but I love it!The pool area was great (got busy Friday when a conference crew came in) but the water was clean and warm. I recommend for a quieter time go to the dolphin lap pool. Sun hits it all day and it’s fewer kids.The grounds around the hotel were well kept and the lakeside beach was so nice to relax on, especially in the evening.The only downside—self-parking is $30 a night, but our vehicle was safe and a short walk.Glad to see they still require guests and staff to wear a mask in hotel also to keep everyone safe.I HIGHLY recommend staying at this resort—the hotel is clean, the staff was polite and professional, great pools, and perfect location!”

Estuvimos hace dos semanas de luna de mil. El hotel es precioso,los que nos atendieron,muy amables y hablaban español. La habitacion era muy amplia y la cama era de las mejores que he probado. Estabamos en la planta mas alta,y nos avisaron de que habia obras, por lo que las vistas no eran bonitas. Eso sí,hace muchísimo frio en todo el hotel,el aire lo tienen muy fuerte. Tiene tanto bus como barco para ir a los parques Disney,de forma gratuita Recomendaría el otro sin duda.

Fui para um evento profissionalo que me dá um olhar diferente de quem vai de férias. Funcionários educados e que tentam ajudar em nossas demandas embora, na área do evento, a quantidade deles tenha sido pequena. Hotel grande, com muitas opções de lazer. Faz parte do roteiro dos ônibus que levam e, no fim do dia, trazem de volta os hóspedes dos hotéis para os parques sem cobrança de tarifa (certamente já está incluído no que é cobrado pelos parques ou pelos hotéis mas vc não tem que pagar cada vez que os pega). O preço da diária é acima da média para os hotéis similares.

Took our family for a mini 4 day trip before school starts back up. The girls had a blast using a majority of the resort amenities. Arcade room, 5 different pools, the day camp and so much more! I want to give a shout out to Colin at the main pool bar, kept the drink tasting wonderful and refreshing throughout our stay! Thank you Swann and Dolphin for and amazing experience! We’ll be back

Had the BEST time on vacation while staying at the Dolphin Hotel. The staff was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect spot, minutes from access to everything. Two balconies on a corner room with outstanding views. The Cabana Bar and Beach Club is great spot to rest and rejuvenate after hitting Disneyland all day. One thing I would suggest is cashiers a little closer to the frozen yogurt in Fuel. Big props to the Valet Parking crew, your help was much appreciated.

I'm willing to believe that my experience isn't "the normal" but it's what happened to me.When I first arrived, the room they gave me had not actually been cleaned from the prior guest.I called the front desk and they did assign me to another room and sent a digital key.The digital key did not work (I've used that service MANY times before and know how), so I called the hotel number and after 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to get a live person, I got the front desk and they sent someone up to let me into the new room.I used the valet car service, the first time I went to call down to have my car pulled up, I realized that I couldn't because the phone in my room wasn't actually plugged in...and I couldn't successfully find the spot where it's supposed to be plugged in.I again spent 10 minutes trying to get a live person on their main line, I finally did and they said they would get my car ready and have my room phone fixed.When I got down to the car port, they told me they couldn't find my car.After 20 minutes, they figured out that the person who checked it in wrote down an entirely different name than my own on the ticket.When I got back to my room, I found that they hadn't fixed the phone yet and I needed to get to bed so I called down and they said they would do it in the morning.They never did.I've been here 3 days and if I want to precall the valet I have to go use one of the phones a 2-3 minute walk away in the hall.I'm checking out tomorrow so I give up.Oh and I can hear 100% of the details of my neighbors bathroom use very clearly.On a positive note the staff are quite nice and friendly and the facility is generally clean with nice amenities, but frankly for the price, you can get a lot more value elsewhere and probably not have to hear your neighbors bowels move.

Been a long time since I’ve stayed at a Disney resort. Rooms are pretty basic but I’m sure they’re expecting you to be out at parks all day or attending conferences so that’s not a total deal breaker for me. Staff is nice, though having booked a balcony room and not getting it (charge was voided) I was hesitant to go 4 stars. The location and amenities are well above average in my book but the room service food was lacking. Very bland and fishy smelling. There’s also no water bottle refill stations outside of their gym but the front desk will give you however many you want so be sure you don’t pay extra from room service for them. Would I stay here again? Probably. Being able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood are nice having not rented a car and the exterior is gorgeous. Definitely better suited for adults or business traveling.

We stayed at the Dolphin, so room review is for that hotel. The amenities are shared with the Swan properties.The resort is very convenient to Epcot and to transportation to other Disney properties. The staff is very friendly and caring. Pools are great. Be aware that the slide is only open 10-6 and they are not prompt. We had to adjust our kids expectations because we were in theme parks from before 10 and after 6 each day except our last.Restaurants and store are convenient. There is a microwave in the store, Fuel, on the lobby level you can use as they are unavailable for rooms.The room itself was really in need of an update. It was in every way a plain, smallish hotel room. The sink faucet and drain were broken despite being "fixed" when we reported it. The floor needed a thorough vacuum, or deep clean, there were small glass shards buried in the carpet. Ouch! Finally there was a corner of the bathroom with tiny ants coming from it.I think the trouble is that it is such a busy hotel that the rooms get heavy usage with little time for attention in between.

Where do I begin.. Upon arrival the outside of the hotel is grand and beautiful. Once I stepped inside the lobby I was hit with an overpowering air freshener they gave me a migraine. It was so strong I had to cover my nose. The wait time to check in with extremely long with no sense of urgency from the front desk staff.I requested an early check in and got a room which was great. Once we got to the room on a 10th floor all the furniture was pulled out from the wall and trash was sitting on the chair in the room from a previous guest. I assume the room was not inspected by the housekeeping supervisor before releasing the room to sell. I pushed the bed and nightstand back against the wall but the dresser was too heavy to move. It’s great that they clean behind the furniture. When we returned to the room after a long day at the parks we were all tired and ready to sleep. I sat on the bed and noticed the mattress had no spring.I didn’t think anything of it and went to sleep. About four hours past and I woke up with my legs, feet, and back aching and burning from sleeping in a huge dent in the mattress. I had to get up and sleep in the chair with my feet on the mattress. It would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. The next morning I went to the front desk to speak with the general manager but the lady at the front desk told me he was out on property right now and wasn’t able to speak to me. She said she was sorry and comped my stay. Now two days later I was charged for a horrible stay plus a hold charge of almost the whole night stay. Basically got charged twice until the hold charge releases after 10 days. It was a huge disappointment. I’m a Marriott employee of almost 15 years and they have a good reputation, but I will not stay at this hotel again.

We just enjoyed a short stay at your Dolphin hotel last week. My husband absolutely loves the scent in the lobby of the Dolphin. Do you know what the scent is in the Dolphins lobby and where I can purchase it? I am giving the hotel a five star review for the location and the price. At this price it's a great hotel. I've stayed at the Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Contemporary, Beach Club, Old Key West and a lot of other on property Disney hotels. Of course the high end hotels are much more luxurious but this was just for 3 nights and we weren't in the room much anyway. We did have to switch rooms at midnight, which I've never had to do previously but there was a horrible noise, like a very loud fan that was really annoying. Maybe a motor from the fountain but they sent a bellhop up and moved us very quickly with no problem. The pool looked very nice but it was in the 50's and raining most of the time. The rooms are small but the views are nice. Price and location is outstanding. I would stay again.

Foi o pior hotel que minha família e eu já ficamos. Por ser um resort da Disney de 4 estrelas, espera-se um atendimento ótimo, foi bem o oposto. A única qualidade é o local, por ser do lado da Board Walk, além dos benefícios de ser resort dentro da Disney. Fora isso, é péssimo. Poucos funcionários para muitas reclamações, sempre tinha fila para perguntar algo e não solucionaram o problema. A pior parte é a limpeza do quarto, teoricamente é só a cada 4 dias, você tem que descer todo dia e implorar para limpar seu quarto, as vezes vão outras não, e quando vão apenas trocam o lixo e as toalhas. Esse foto da largatixa morta é o bicho que ficou hospedado com a gente por 10 dias, de todas as "limpezas" ninguém tirou do chão, porque não limpava mesmo. Os hospedes jogam o lixo e as toalhas no corredor do hotel, deixando cheiro péssimo, justamente por essa dificuldade para a limpeza. Dolphin nunca mais e recomendo a ninguém ir.

Really, really disappointed. The level of service you receive is ok. The room is kind of clean and only slightly larger than a closet. When we spoke to the front desk were told we could get a better room for a higher fee. Honestly, I’d rather pay the fee at a value resort in Disney, than stay in a room like this. I have stayed on Disney property numerous times but never have seen and “deluxe” resort below the quality level of value resort. Either spend the extra money to stay elsewhere or save money and stay at a value resort. Either is a better option than this over priced, mediocre, Disney wannabe. The staff has been kind but there is no replacement for substance. The magic does not exist at the Dolphin. Choose wisely and pick somewhere else. Any value resort, or 3 star hotel will suffice.

The hotel and the amenities are pretty good. However, for the price you’re basically paying to stay in Disney property and able to access the theme parks half hour early with gives you a great head start. I believe you can find better hotel rooms priced a bit better in the Disney area. Overall was great but wouldn’t stay here as my first option

Most of the benefits of staying at a Walt Disney resort at a fraction of the price. Early theme park entry, extended evening hours, free transportation to the parks (including the adorable Friendship Boats), within walking distance to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and the Boardwalk! Kind, efficient service, really good food, amazing pool area. My kids loved the water slide and I loved that there were multiple hot tubs to choose from tucked away with small waterfalls and lush vegetation. Will definitely choose the Dolphin again!

Probably my favorite hotel!!! Dolphin is right next to Swan. You can see the view it’s beautiful!! It’s clean, quiet, has some good taste of art on the room walls, and staffs are friendly. 🍽And there’s some AMAZING restaurants, like Shula and Kimonos are my favorite now. After a long day, sometimes I just want a hot soup with noodles and I know I can get it from Kimonos. I’ll definitely come back:)

This is one of the best resorts I have ever been to. The pools were fantastic, the transportation to the parks was always on time, and the service of the staff was excellent. They helped us with any and all needs, I cannot recommend this place enough. EDIT 2021: Lost a star because of the shuttle service. For some reason it went down in the quality of cleanliness and timing.

Experiência incrível, meus filham amaram e até o café da manha tem pão de queijo do Mickey. O hotel tem uma área ótima para as crianças e casal, a piscina é show. Para abrir a porta do quarto basta usar o relógio do Mickey Mouse que você ganha no hotel. O ônibus pega você na frente do hotel e leva aos Parks da Disney. Amei e quero voltar de novo

So thankful this is my last night here. The pictures of the rooms definitely don't match in real life. Small and dated. Bathroom door will not open all the way. Shower super small. Pool areas are over crowded. Only benefit is the friendship boat to the theme parks. This is a Disney sister location, I recommend holding out for a mid to upper level Disney Resort. This is a hotel pretending to be a resort.

Quarto pequeno e esperava um padrão melhor em cooperação aos econômicos. Lanchonete com pouca opção e filas para café da manhã. Piscina grande mas divide pra 2 resorts aí fica com poucos lugares nas mesas e espreguiçadeiras. Melhor do hotel é o restaurante de frutos do mar.

I have stayed here plenty of times, as it was our family’s favorite hotel. However, as of this weekend it no longer remains on our list of favorites. For starters, they ended their bus contract. So now they drop us off at the ticket and transportation center. Second complaint, everything is closed. We came back from the park exhausted and wanted something to eat after a long day. The website and Disney app said the fountain was opened and it wasn’t. The sign at the fountain said to check the cabana by the pool since that was opened and it was closed as well. The boardwalk only had 2 restaurants open and they were reservations only. We decided to call the front desk and find options and the front desk told us we could eat at Shula’s or order grub hub. The affordable choices were closed for the week and only open on weekends. So either pay $100 for a meal or order grub hub. Great. Lastly, the lack of hospitality was another deal breaker. The next day my boyfriend called to find out if the Fountain was opened so we wouldn’t be caught by surprise if it was closed, and the lady said “I mean I guess I can check... My family stayed here mid February 2021. We had a suite on the 19th floor and were extremely happy with the accommodations. The hotel staff from housekeeping, front desk, and valet helped with any issues we might have had during our stay. One memorable valet named Orlando was the face of the hotel. He was the first to greet you and as such, made your stay start off great. One night my wife went out with friends and i was locked out of one of the rooms, the front desk staff was very helpful in being able to bring me a key instead of me having to go downstairs while i had kids sleeping. So helpful! Definitely booking in the future as this has become our “go-to” hotel when visiting Disney property!

What a wonderful customer service experience. They definitely know the "Disney Way". From the moment you check in to the moment you leave you'll be impressed. Be sure to have dinner a Shula's Steak House. One of the best waters we've ever had. Anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed something. First class all the way.

After a long car ride we arrived. Valet staff was very friendly and honest. Luggage carrier was extremely nice and energetic. Check in was fast because we went on a slower day.We asked to eat and they said there is plenty.. however, I found myself walking from dolphin to swan to only find out everything is closed before 5pm. Only Cafes are open that sell counter food.Just a few hiccups but overall the stay was okay.I had 2 rooms. They were missing essential things in the rooms. Management got involved and noticed there was essential things missing. It was handled. Just little things that for some does make it or break it.I still do recommend.

Great location for our Disney vacation! It is a VERY NICE hotel. Our room was a decent sized room and very clean. Everything looked up to date, not worn or damaged, modern. Bathroom was spotless, great shower pressure. There are two areas, one with a sink and one with the toilet/shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have StarBucks coffee in the room, a plus, coffee maker worked just fine. Very clean. Love the pool area with all the slides and waterfalls, it was really. At least 2 hot tubs that I saw and they were nice and hot. Had a bite to eat and drink at the Cabana bar, good food and drinks. The lobby area is beautiful. We never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for a bus to Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom - it is a great bonus. Another perk is that once you get off the boat or the bus, you are right at the hotel - no walking through a spread-out resort to your room. We will be back.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in as an adult traveler. The amenities are endless. The staff will wait on you hand and foot. It’s only the most scenic walk you’ve ever taken to Disney’s Boardwalk and Epcot. Staying here made me feel like a celebrity. It really boosted my self-esteem to be afforded such luxury. I’ll be back once I’ve scoped out the Swan.

Pretty clean place. It would be nice for them to have a section for smaller kids to be entertained for a bit. And if there is, I was not made aware of it when I asked the staff. The breakfast from the FUEL restaurant was overpriced, as expected. $10 for a microwaved breakfast sandwich. The bellhopand the young man who brought in the extra bed were super nice and provided fast service.

If anybody out there is searching for bargain deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort on there and they had the best prices any where! This place is beautiful. It's sometimes hard to reach the Front desk but anyone who works at the hotel have been able to answer questions. The food has been amazing.

If anyone out there is trying to find great deals for hotels browse through ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel room on there and these guys had the best rates any where! This has become our go-to when going to Disney. Walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and a quick Uber ride to Disney Springs. Phenomenal pool and beautiful grounds. Limited operations during the pandemic, but still a great hotel!

This was our first visit here to this hotel. It has a beautiful lobby and the rooms were okay. Now it was a little tough to find which restaurants were open during our stay. So I suggest you use the Disney World app to your advantage in cases like dining, rides and etc. We did have a little ant issue in our first room but they gladly upgraded and moved us to another room. Which was really cool of them. You'll find yourselves going to Fuel which is a deli/market because there is no room service, my guess would be because of the pandemic. We found that staff (what little they had) were friendly and helpful. The hotel by no means was busy at all which was really convenient. Park shuttle transportation was running and the parks weren't too busy. I can only give three stars here for now from our visit but I'm certain it's a five when fully staffed and functional. Would I recommend? Certainly.

The hotel overall is visually amazing, but the rooms are average. I get that you're likely not in the room much, but for the price paid, it should be better. That aside, it's in between Epcot and Hollywood Studios, my favorite parks. Easy walk or boat ride to either. The Boardwalk being right there is great too.

We love to stay on Disney property when visiting the parks. This was our 3rd visit to Swan and Dolphin and first time staying at the Dolphin. We loved it. Easy transportation to Epcot or Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk. All of our favorite stops. We especially like the Kareoke Japanese restaurant in the Swan, it's a favorite every stay. Can't go wrong with all the amenities at the Swan or Dolphin. Plenty of restaurants and shops too.

I really enjoyed staying here while I was in Disney a month ago. It was enjoyable, and convenient to get from the resort to the parks. It was more amazing that my family got a discount due to my father's job. I really like it here, and you won't regret it! But... since it isn't a Disney resort it does not have Disney Dining Plan or Magicbands provided so it made us have to buy some. I still love it here!

Great place to stay! Although it's not officially a Disney Resort, it's under the Marriott family so you can use/earn points for your visit. You can also catch a water taxi to bring you directly to Disney Studios, from where you can catch the Skyline to go to Epcot or catch a bus to the Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom. Plus, since it's not a Disney owned resort, you'll find much better places to eat, like Shula's Steakhouse. I've always stayed at a Disney property and only stayed here one night this trip because we came one day early and had reservations at the Riviera, but next time, I think this is the place we're going to stay. I can't think of one downside except the fact that it doesn't have as many direct access as parks, like the Grand Floridian. We always stayed at the Grand Floridian when my daughters were younger, now that they're teenagers and get around on their own, I think this is the place to stay. I'll definitely be back!

Excelente hotel con todas las comodidades. Lo único que no me gustó fue la limitación en el traslado desde el hotel a los parques Hollywood Studios y Epcot, solo puede ser en bote y si vienen full hay que esperar el siguiente, entre 10 y 20 minutos de espera. También se tiene la opción de ir caminando hasta Epcot y DHS, unos 10 a 15min de camino. De resto, excelente hotel y maravilloso experiencia!!!
