“Na maior parte, este hotel foi ótimo. Tive que prolongar minha estada e precisava lavar roupa e é aí que minha estada realmente começou a me frustrar. Eles tiraram minhas roupas há 2 dias e me disseram que voltariam hoje. Agora estou sem roupas e eles não podem me dizer onde estão minhas roupas ou oferecer uma solução. Disseram que eles deveriam estar aqui amanhã às 9h. Não sei por que isso seria o caso se eles não voltassem hoje. Eu tenho que sair para o trabalho às 8h e não tenho absolutamente nada para vestir e não tenho tempo nem para ir comprar roupas por conta própria porque eu terminei o trabalho às 23h. Isso é ridículo e frustrante quando nenhuma solução é oferecida.”

“This place is a complete disaster. The front desk service was awful at every turn. We called to let the hotel know that we would be late and were told that everything was fine since we called. We showed up to be told that our reservation was no longer good. And then we told that we could pay more to make another reservation and that they were doing us a favor by letting us do that. We dealt with Lauren who indifferent to the wrong information we were given by the hotel and told us that there are two sides to every story. Overall, Lauren was useless and provided awful service. Spend your money with the Hyatt down the street if you want decent customer service.”
