After struggling with getting responses or any information from other hotels. I reached out and had my block ready/approved in about 2 days. I cannot tell you how helpful this was considering before booking this was the most stressful part of wedding planning! Brandon was GREAT to work with and promised me that he would make sure our wedding details went off without a hitch.”

“Charged me for a suite and told me that my room wasn't available and they were completely booked. I was at the hotel the night before for the rehearsal dinner and other groomsmen were having trouble getting their rooms so I went over to make sure I would have no troubles the following morning. When I arrived in morning they told me there wasn't anything available and there were no notes of me being there the night before to check in for wedding.”
