“We stayed two nights in the pullman zhangjiajie. The rooms are in a good condition, hotel overall well maintained. Breakfast very good but very Chinese. The location of the Pullman is very good, next to the avatar national park. The entrance is reachable in 15 min by walking. The hotel staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Bob Naresh!!!! His Englisch is Perfect and his customer Orientation is outstanding. He organized the entrance tickets, transportation and gave us great advices - far beyond how hotel staff normally supports you/far beyond his scope!! Thank you very much for that Bob as we would have had big trouble organizing tickets/tours by ourselves.”

He gave us some great suggestions, and got tickets from external source which were unavailable online.
