Look no further & never stay anywhere except here while in Savannah! Luxury & comfort, cleanliness with a rooftop pool, restaurant with stunning views. Gorgeously appointed rooms, the most attentive staff you could find. Location is in the center of everything you need to see in Savannah. Not to mention the free flowing champagne at the front desk round the clock. Believe all the other positive reviews, this place is too good to be missed!!!!

Nice hotel with a small rooftop bar and pool. My room had a lot of stains on the carpet. Recommend getting to the pool early if you want a spot. Games weren't put out due to expected rain. No pool side service on Sunday. On Saturday the pool attendant handed me the lounge cover to put on. Valet staff are nice. Most of the front desk staff were pleasant.

A stay at the Perry Lane Hotel for a Bachelorette Weekend was more wonderful than we ever imagined it would be. From the planning stages for the two night stay in three rooms, all the girls were treated impeccably. Everyone was great, and Kasey with the concierge team ensured the weekend went off without a hitch. We planned meals, activities (yoga) and made arrangements for the rooms to be decorated beforehand, all through the concierge and front desk. Thank you for a lifetime of memories for this very special occasion!

Estive em muitos lugares e este hotel foi simplesmente INCRÍVEL! Luxuoso, limpo, atencioso e os funcionários mais amigáveis. Todos foram tão solícitos! Eles tinham champanhe grátis o dia todo, bicicletas grátis que fomos capazes de levar pela cidade e uma unidade que nos levou e nos pegou mais tarde - de graça! ! O hotel é lindo e eu adoro o visual. Os quartos eram espaçosos e tão elegantes - adorei o banheiro! A academia foi maravilhosa e o bar da cobertura foi fundamental! Nós fomos no inverno, então nada de natação para nós - mas o tempo estava perfeito para bebidas e comida ao ar livre. O restaurante no térreo foi delicioso- deve tentar. Seus doces eram gostosos e café grátis! Eu recomendo este hotel!!

He estado en muchos lugares y este hotel fue simplemente INCREÍBLE! Lujoso, limpio, atento y el personal más amable. ¡Todos fueron tan complacientes! Tenían champán gratis todo el día, bicicletas gratis que pudimos llevar por la ciudad y un viaje en coche que nos llevó y nos recogió más tarde, ¡gratis! El hotel es precioso y me encanta el aspecto. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y muy elegantes, ¡me encantó el baño! ¡El gimnasio fue maravilloso y el bar de la azotea fue clave! Fuimos en invierno, así que no pudimos nadar para nosotros, pero el clima era perfecto para bebidas y comida al aire libre. El restaurante de abajo estaba delicioso, hay que probarlo. ¡Sus pasteles eran deliciosos y café gratis! ¡¡Recomiendo altamente este hotel!!

I have been to many places and this hotel was just AMAZING! Luxurious, clean, attentive and the friendliest staff. Everyone was so accommodating! They had free champagne all day, free bikes that we were able to take around town and a drive that took us and picked us up later on- for free!! The hotel is gorgeous and I love the look. The rooms were roomy and so stylish- loved the bathroom! The gym was wonderful and the rooftop bar was key! We went in the winter so no swimming for us- but the weather was perfect for outdoor drinks and food. The restaurant downstairs was delicious- must try. Their pastries were yummy and free coffee! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Perry Lane foi absolutamente divino! A equipe é incrível, e foi realmente muito ocupado enquanto ficamos lá. Eles nunca perderam uma batida! Os quartos são lindos e o lugar geral é ótimo. Ficamos um pouco chateados com algumas das obras de arte nos corredores. Apenas se repete de andar em andar.Tivemos um grande momento, mas alguns problemas de serviço se destacam. Liguei uma semana antes e mais uma vez na terça ou quarta-feira para garantir que tivéssemos quartos adjacentes (eu ronco). No telefone, não seria um problema para acomodar. Eu também pedi um check-out antecipado e tardio. Eu também coloquei isso na reserva. Ao se hospedar neste nível do Marriott espero um pouco mais do que dizer o que você recebe em um local do aeroporto. Observe também que tenho status Titanium Lifetime e geralmente recebo maior acomodação.Em vez disso, foi-me dito na chegada "é com base na disponibilidade" (o que parece que eles poderiam ter administrado o aviso) e exigia pressão consistente para obter nosso quarto priorizado para limpeza (mais de uma hora). O quarto era lindo. Unidade de canto do piso superior. Tanta luz natural através de várias janelas. Os detalhes eram lindos e os produtos de banho tinham um cheiro incrível. A piscina da cobertura era agradável e os atendentes da piscina eram de primeira qualidade. A equipe da recepção / concierge foram acolhedores e extremamente útil. Adorei a nossa estadia e ficaria feliz em voltar. Ah, e champanhe ilimitado grátis no lobby. Não pode dar errado.

La habitación era preciosa. Unidad de esquina en el último piso. Tanta luz natural a través de múltiples ventanas. Los detalles eran hermosos y los productos para la ducha olían increíble. La piscina de la azotea era agradable y los asistentes de la piscina eran de primera categoría. El personal de recepción / conserje fue acogedor y extremadamente servicial. Me encantó nuestra estancia y estaría feliz de volver. Ah, y champán ilimitado gratis en el vestíbulo. No puede salir mal.

The rooms are beautiful and overall place is great. We were a little bummed with some of the art in the halls. It just repeats from floor to floor.We had a great time but some service issues stand out. I called a week before and once again on Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure we had adjacent rooms (I snore). On the phone it was not going to be an issue to accommodate. I also asked for an early and late check out. I also put this in the reservation. When staying at this level of Marriott I expect a bit more than say what you get at an airport location. Also note I have Titanium Lifetime status and am generally given greater accommodation.Instead I was told upon arrival "its based on availability" (which seems like they could have managed given the notice) and it required consistent pressure to get our room prioritized for cleaning (over an hour). They ignored the late checkout request, the do not disturb sign and just entered our room as they wished and disabled our keys shortly after the normal checkout time.Next, while at most Marriott locations you can go to the concierge lounge and grab all the water you want -- here you get two at a time here you have to ask. The bottomless champagne is nice and all but I'd prefer just doing what any airport Marriott would have done with no argument for me just asking.

Perry Lane was absolutely divine! The staff is amazing, and it was really really busy while we stayed there. They never missed a beat! This is listed as a 4 star hotel, but quite honestly it is better than 7 star hotels I have stayed at. The beds are very comfortable, the bath linens are lovely. I can not say one bad thing about this hotel. I will be back for sure! Thank you Perry Lane!

The room was gorgeous. Top floor corner unit. So much natural light through multiple windows. The details were beautiful and the shower products smelled amazing. The rooftop pool was enjoyable and the pool attendants were top notch. The front desk staff / concierge were welcoming and extremely helpful. Loved our stay and would be happy to return. Oh, and free unlimited champagne in the lobby. Can’t go wrong.

O Perry Lane me arruinou para todas as futuras estadias em hotéis! Desde o champanhe ilimitado de 11 a 2, a equipe simpática e os quartos incríveis! Melhor estadia que tive em Savannah, mãos para baixo! A piscina na cobertura é perfeita para se bronzear e curtir uma pausa. O nosso quarto era limpo e a cama tão confortável! Nunca teria imaginado que era um bar aberto até as 2 da manhã com as ótimas janelas à prova de som em nosso quarto, simplesmente ótimo, atenção aos detalhes do hotel! Altamente recomendado!

¡El Perry Lane me ha arruinado para todas las futuras estadías en hoteles! ¡Desde el champán ilimitado del 11 al 2, el amable personal y las increíbles habitaciones! ¡La mejor estadía que he tenido en Savannah, sin duda! La piscina de la azotea es perfecta para broncearse y disfrutar de un descanso. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. Nunca hubiera imaginado que había un bar abierto hasta las 2 a.m. con las excelentes ventanas insonorizadas en nuestra habitación, ¡simplemente genial, atención al detalle en el hotel! ¡Altamente recomendado!

The Perry Lane has ruined me for all future hotel stays! From the unlimited champagne from 11-2, the friendly staff and the amazing rooms! Best stay I have had in Savannah, hands down! The rooftop pool is perfect for getting a tan and enjoying a break. Our room was clean and the bed so comfortable! Never would have guessed their was a bar open until 2am with the great sound proof windows in our room, just great, attention to detail hotel! Highly recommend!

Eu não posso recomendar este hotel o suficiente! Tudo foi perfeito. Eles prestam atenção aos detalhes. Optei por levar uma mala super leve e estou feliz por ter feito isso porque o quarto do hotel tinha tudo (guarda-chuva, roupão, chinelos, xampu, condicionador, etc.) e eles ainda tinham sabonete líquido no banheiro! ! Isso realmente me surpreendeu. Minha única reclamação seria que fiz o check-in depois da meia-noite e não recebi a taça de champanhe de boas-vindas (ou sabia que era cortesia durante toda a estadia). Se eu voltar a Savannah, com certeza voltarei. O concierge, Laura, foi absolutamente fantástico e tinha as melhores recomendações!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Everything was perfect. They pay attention to detail. I opted to pack super light and I’m glad I did because the hotel room had everything (umbrella, robe, slippers full sized shampoo, conditioner, etc.) and they even had liquid hand soap in the bathroom!! That really blew me away. My only complaint would be that I checked in after midnight and didn’t get the welcome glass of champagne (or know it was complimentary throughout the stay). If I am ever back in Savannah, I will definitely be back. The concierge, Laura, was absolutely terrific and had the best recommendations!

Vamos ficar aqui para o nosso aniversário. Quero começar que meu marido e eu não somos do tipo que parecem reservar um bom hotel. A partir do segundo em que estacionamos nosso carro, o manobrista foi tão bom. Entramos e Kennedy imediatamente nos serviu uma taça de champanhe e Rose garantiu que nosso cheque fosse tranquilo. Aqueles dois, Rose e Kennedy, continuaram a nos estragar. Eles enviaram uma garrafa de vinho na primeira noite. Vinho e um lanche na segunda noite. Kennedy me fez uma xícara de chá quente na nossa última noite. Se você está procurando um lugar com um toque super pessoal, reserve este hotel. Meu marido e eu estamos tão impressionados. O café da manhã foi incrível, o coquetel das 5 horas foi uma grande vantagem. Até as empregadas do hotel foram simpáticas! É absolutamente Kennedy e Rose que vou lembrar para sempre e fará deste um lugar ao qual vou querer voltar em breve.

We are staying here for our anniversary. I want to start off that my husband and I are not the type to look like they book a nice hotel. From the second we parked our car, the valet was so nice. We walked in and Kennedy immediately served us a glass of champagne and Rose made sure our check is went smoothly. Those two, Rose and Kennedy, continued to spoil us rotten. They sent a bottle of wine the first night. Wine and a snack the second night. Kennedy made me a cup of hot tea on our last night. If you are looking for a place with a super personal touch then book this hotel. My husband and I are so impressed. Breakfast was amazing, the 5 o’clock cocktail was a huge plus. Even the hotel housekeepers were friendly! It’s absolutely Kennedy and Rose that I will forever remember and will make this a place I will want to return to soon.

Top notch service, although I don't think any hotel is worth $700 a night during covid where you have no room service. If you want to buy the best hotel in Savannah this is probably it and it's worth it, it's just not my kind of gig for the money. There are two towers neither seemed preferable to the other. Great staff and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Had it not been so hot we could have easily walked anywhere within the historic district from its location
