“It's supposed to be a nice hotel but could do better with customer service and the room itself. Some of the lobby staff were friendly but a couple of them looked like they didn't care. The ironing board in the room was broken and after asking 3 times in 3 days, I never got it fixed. During checkout, I mentioned this to them and there was not even a "sorry" from the lady at the reception. Her excuse was that she asked the technical staff (and it's not her problem basically). The room was comfortable but there were no amenities in the room when I first arrived. When I asked for amenities, they brought minimal things like soap. Anyway, there are much nicer hotels in Istanbul for the same price.”

“great location, with close access to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants. cleaning and breakfast service was great especially thanks to Murat at breakfast. reason for not giving 5 stars is due to bad experience with front desk, customer service there could be improved overall would recommend and hope to visit again !”
