“Buen hotel. Tarifa buena. Ubicación excepcional. La limpieza no es de lo mejor y como muchos hoteles que buscan ahorros a costa del cliente, hay que pedir jabón y shampoo extra todos los días. El desayuno es demasiado caro y hay decenas de sitios mejores alrededor para comer. La arquitectura no ameritó foto. Es un Hotel para dormir no para admirar.”

“Hotel bom com quartos espaçosos, é um bom pequeno almoço, o staff não é muito simpático e fala mal Inglês, numa cadeia internacional como a Novohotel não é admissível.... Falamos inglês com eles respondem em alemão! Principalmente no Bar.Notei que não existe a preocupação com o cliente em termos de nos sentirmos em casa...”
