Really nice place to get a massive company meeting. Very good meeting rooms. The sleeping rooms was not five stars because the lack of climate control (terrible in winter other meetings past years)

Stayed a couple days for a business conference elsewhere. The hotel room access cards were fine most of the time but be weary that they can be easily erased due to electronics such as phones ect. Thus not great if you have an urgent shuttle/meeting to attend after breakfast but need to go to your room first- happened to a colleague and me.

The facility is clearly geared towards group tours (tulip season) and business conferences, and the staff and facility both make it clear your stay as a guest is not important to them. The common areas and amenities are renovated and nice, but the rooms are tired and worn out, with no decoration or any effort put into them. The furniture in my room was old and threadbare. The room was stuffy, the "air conditioning" was just a fan that moved the air around, and the windows have no screen, so your choices are be warm or welcome bugs into your room. The staff was not rude, but not friendly. They clearly don't want to deal with you, and will ignore normal customers to service a large group. I had a lunch reservation, but after being seated was told the restaurant was closed (they were feeding 50-100 business conferences attendees). For a property that advertises 3 restaurants, apparently there are none you can have lunch at at 12:20pm on a Wednesday. 24/7 market in lobby was the best aspect, it was convenient and well stocked. The sauna is nice. Parking is free and easy on site. The pros might outweigh the cons for a family on a beach trip for a weekend, but the service sucks.

It’s ok. Middle of nowhere and taxi or Uber from airport will cost €50-90 each way and there is no reliable public transport. Better off renting a car! Tory have bike rental but it’s a little more expensive than having the local place deliver it for you. We hired tandem from a local van dam shop and they delivered it before we arrived and the front desk took care of accepting and returning it! Indoor pool is nice and they will have beautifulfields surrounding them during tulip season. Cycle to keukenhof takes 20 min and you can do entire tulip look and I lose the beach within 5-7 hours with stops. Also have safe bike parking. Clean rooms but they have no air conditioning and it was very uncomfortable with the heat and the temp was only 23 outside.

Undoubtedly one of the best options in the region, despite being more isolated, it is 10 minutes from the beach. They have a very good restaurant, very friendly staff, good rooms and the most amazing thing is the swimming pool and sauna (dry, infrared and wet), which are super new and very well maintained.

The reception desk, kindness, and overall feel of the hotel is terrible. I had booked the hotel through booking.com and needed to adjust my booking from 4 nights to 3 nights and from two rooms to one. Booking approved it, when I called your hotel reservation line they said it would be possible; however, I finally got an email saying that the hotel would not approve it. During check-in, there was a nice man with his family, asking for a room over Easter weekend, in the same moment that I am asking to not have one of my rooms right next to him- and the hotel reception would not give one of my rooms to him and he left empty handed, and I paid for an extra room and an extra night for two rooms that I did not need. I will never stay in a NH Hotel again.

Rooms were clean albeit a bit spartan (no bath). Not all rooms for my party were ready at 18:00. Breakfast was good. Location is fine for a conference hotel. Meeting rooms were good.

Very bad quality of meat.. Super snack a bit like a donner kebab. Moreover they always ask you if you want sauces because they charge you 2 or 3 euros more for garlic sauce or whatever... Frites are served with this disgusting dutch Remia sweet mayonnaise to make happy Dutch people. Very bad experience...

Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias, están muy bien provistas de cafetera eléctrica con sobres de café e infusiones, además tienen plancha y tabla de planchar, caja fuerte.El aseo tiene una bañera y una ducha independiente.El desayuno con un excelente bufet libre para todo tipo de dietas incluído sin gluten, me ha encantado el detalle de pan sin gluten.El aparcamiento es muy grande y amplio para aparcar el coche.También tienen una tienda de recuerdos.Los empleados del hotel son amables y dispuestos.Lo único que podría ser negativo es que no arreglan la habitación a menos que solicites, hay que llamar a recepción y te llevan lo que necesites, esto es debido al protocolo Covid.No es obligatorio el uso de mascarilla pero tienen gel desinfectante y letreros de uso de asensores y distancia social.En el bar y restaurante los camareros son muy amables y proactivos, me ofrecieron una solución de postre por el cumpleaños de mi madre pese a que faltaban pocos minutos para cerrar la cocina.Regresaremos, sin duda.

Esta un poco alejado de todo pero es amplio. Con buenos servicios. Restaurantes agradables y un largo etc. El precio era asequible aunque igual es porque todavía ronda el COVID. Eso si aquí no lleva mascarilla nadie. Ni en interiores y nosotros planteando volver a hacerlas obligatorias

Hotel grande y tranquilo aunque tiene mas aspectos negativos que positivos. Negativos: no tiene bicicletas para niños, lo hemos alquilado precisamente para poder ir con las bicis por los campos de flores y no ha sido posible. Las personas de la recepcion e informacion estan poco preparados, no sabian contestar a nuestras preguntas. En el primer dia nos dijeron que tenemos el desayuno incluido pero el segundo dia dijeron que ha sido un error y que no lo tenemos. Y cuesta 19.5e por persona el desayuno. Los precios en general son muy altos. Por la manana queríamos tomar un cafe, dijeron que el bar abre a las 8 pero solo a las 9.15 vino la persona para abrirlo. El personal de limpieza no nos cambio las sabanas, aunque estaban sucias de chocolate en la cama de los niños, hasta que pusimos una nota en la cama para que lo hagan. Quisimos usar la sauna pero la puerta estaba cerrada y decian que tenemos que pedir llave en recepcion. En traje de baño y chanclas no hemos ido a recepcion, hemos renunciado. Las habitaciones no son de 4 estrellas para nada. El restaurante si. Aspectos positivos: El restaurante artista sirve platos muy buenos. El bufet libre es variado, la cena cuesta 26.5e por adulto sin bebidas. El hotel es grande, tiene piscina cubierta y sala fitnes.esta cerca de los campos de flores aunque el dia 1 de abril se veian solo narcisos, nada de tulipanes.

Hotel de grandes dimensiones, ideal para convenciones como a la que asistí yo. Hicimos el Kick off meeting de 2018 para 200 personas y en mi opinión mejor que el del año pasado en Múnich. La sala principal es amplia y alta, con una acústica aceptable. El salón donde hicimos la cena el primer día, parece una antigua iglesia aprovechada para estos eventos, estaba hasta el órgano. Las salas más pequeñas, donde hacíamos las dinámicas de grupo, de pequeñas tenían poco. En recepción muy bien trato. Me tocó una habitación tirando un poco a vieja, espero que mejoren en esto en los próximos años, porque desentona con el resto del hotel.

Hotel gigante ideal para realizar congresos y convenciones de empresas. Alejado de la ciudad, taxi obligatorio para cualquier desplazamiento. Atención en recepción de gran calidad y en el bar algo más seca la actitud al cliente. Precios altos para estar en las afueras y sin servicios cercanos.
