“O ar condicionado do quarto 409 não funcionou durante a noite. Pedi na recepção para resolver o problema, na manhã seguinte, a recepcionista informou que seria ligado. A noite novamente foi desligado e o recepcionista do turno da noite pela segunda noite informou que o ar condicionado é desligado durante a noite. Foi extremamente grosseiro e se limitou a informar que não poderia fazer nada . Dia 19/04/2019 . Uma pena porque já me hospedei outras vezes e não tive problema. O senhor da recepção deveria ser mais atencioso.”
