Este hotel é excepcional, mas a equipe o torna verdadeiramente notável. Recentemente, tive a oportunidade de visitar um amigo meu que está em uma cadeira de rodas. No dia em que aparecemos, fomos recebidos por funcionários simpáticos da recepção que estavam resolvendo alguns problemas de computador. Não estando com pressa, sentamos e conversamos com eles e fizemos o pedido estranho para que alguém da manutenção nos desse uma mão. O técnico de manutenção desceu com as ferramentas e nos ajudou a consertar o sistema de frenagem da cadeira de rodas dos meus amigos que havia sido interrompida pela companhia aérea. Ao longo das próximas 24 horas, esse nível de serviço continuou. Além do hotel ser muito limpo, hospitaleiro e chique, a equipe também foi muito acolhedora. Como estávamos visitando do Texas, e nosso voo saía no final da noite, o hotel nos permitiu ficar até mais tarde para que não tivéssemos que nos sentir estranhos sem nenhum lugar para chamar de nosso. Eles estenderam essa cortesia e não nos fizeram sentir mal por ficar além do horário de check-out. Não há muito que eu possa dizer que não gosto sobre este hotel. Definitivamente, não é o seu ambiente estéril típico e, entre todas as obras de arte e texturas perfeitas para sessões de fotos, cada espaço parece único, mas faz parte do quadro geral. I altamente recomendaria este hotel para quem visita Phoenix, Tempe, ou Scottsdale Arizona.

Gostei da minha estadia no Moxy. Muito bom, ambiente limpo. Você recebe uma bebida de cortesia para cada hóspede com 21 anos ou mais. Eu não bebo, então eles me deram uma bebida grátis atrás do bar. Seria um ótimo lugar para um viajante individual conhecer pessoas. Eles têm atividades diferentes ao longo da semana também. Os quartos eram agradáveis e modernos. Com certeza ficarei novamente.

This hotel is exceptional but the staff make it truly remarkable. I recently had a chance to visit with a friend of mine who is in a wheelchair. The day we showed up, we were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk who were sorting out some computer problems. Not being in a rush, we sat and chatted with them and made the odd request to have someone from maintenance give us a hand. The maintenance tech came down with tools and helped us fix the braking system on my friends wheelchair that had been disrupted by the airline. Over the course of the next 24 hours, that level of service continued. Aside from the hotel being very clean, hospitable, and chic, the staff was also very accommodating. Since we were visiting from Texas, and our flight left later in the evening, the hotel allowed us to stay later so that we wouldn’t have to feel as strangers with no place to call our own. They extended this courtesy and didn’t make us feel bad whatsoever for staying past our check out time. There’s not much I can say that I don’t like about this hotel. It is definitely not your typical sterile environment and between all of the artwork and textures which are perfect for photo shoots, each space feels unique yet part of the big picture. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale Arizona area.

I enjoyed my stay at Moxy. Really nice, clean atmosphere. You get a complimentary drink for each guest 21 and over. I don't drink so they gave me a free drink behind the bar. It would be a great place for a solo traveler to meet ppl. They have different activities throughout the week too. The rooms were nice and modern. I will definitely stay again.

Os quartos são lindos, tínhamos vista para a piscina e uma varanda, o que foi um bônus agradável. Toda a recepção também sendo um bar ao mesmo tempo para economizar espaço e funcionários é um pouco estranho, mas você recebe alguns ingressos para bebidas com a sua estadia e os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos. Os quartos não têm geladeira ou micro-ondas e, em vez desses pequenos sabonetes, eles têm grandes garrafas recarregáveis. Eco-amigável. O estacionamento custa 12 dólares por dia, parecia seguro. Nós só tivemos um problema durante a nossa estadia de duas noites - o quarto estava frio quando chegamos porque o ar condicionado tinha sido deixado ligado. O termostato estava quebrado. Ligamos para a recepção e eles enviaram um técnico imediatamente, embora fosse tarde da noite. Ela conseguiu consertar rapidamente e foi muito simpática. No geral, eu definitivamente voltaria. Fizemos uma viagem de 10 dias e ficamos em vários hotéis, pousadas e motéis. Este foi de longe o melhor, se alguma coisa, por esse motivo - o wifi era realmente rápido. Ah, e bônus - o robô entregador de comida na verdade entrega no hotel porque fica tão perto do campus! Nós pedimos café da manhã bagel ambos os dias que ficamos.

The rooms are gorgeous, we had a view of the pool and a balcony, which was a nice bonus. The whole reception also being a bar at the same time to save on space and employees thing is a bit odd, but you get a couple of drink tickets with your stay and the staff are all very friendly. The rooms don't have a fridge or a microwave and instead of those little tiny soaps, they have large refillable bottles. Eco-friendly. Parking is 12 bucks a day, it did seem safe. We only had one issue during our two-night stay - the room was freezing cold when we checked in because the air conditioning had been left on. The thermostat was broken. We called the reception and they sent a technician right away even though it was late in the evening. She managed to fix it quickly and was very friendly. Overall, I'd definitely come back. We did a 10-day road trip and stayed in a bunch of hotels, inns, and motels. This one was by far the best, if anything, for this reason - the wifi was actually fast. Oh, and bonus - the robot food delivery actually delivers to the hotel because it's so close to the campus! We ordered bagel breakfast both days that we stayed for.

Hotel realmente divertido e único! Os funcionários foram ótimos! Devo dizer que senti o quarto em si (suíte ao lado da piscina com varanda) estava faltando .. Não há armário, não há ferro / tábua de passar, sem geladeira, sem bar / lanches. O lobby tem uma geladeira e lanches que você pode usar, mas não é conveniente.

O lugar é definitivamente confortável e amigável. Mais uma vibração "hipster". A única chatice que eu tinha notado foi que não há geladeiras ou microondas nos quartos. Você deve descer para a área principal se quiser esquentar um pouco de comida.

Really fun and unique hotel! The staff were great! I will say I felt the room itself (poolside suite with balcony) was lacking.. There is no closet, no iron/ironing board, no fridge, no bar/snacks. The lobby has a fridge and snacks you can use but not convenient.

The place is definitely comfy and friendly. More of a "hipster" vibe. The only bummer that I had noticed was that there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. You must go downstairs to the main area if you'd like to warm up some food.

O lugar é legal com uma grande área de lounge assim que você entra. Os quartos são espaçosos, mas a pressão da água poderia ter sido melhor. O wi-fi era bom e o serviço ao cliente também.Minha única crítica é que eles precisam de mais funcionários. Muitas vezes, eu esperava de 10 a 15 minutos para fazer uma pergunta ao recepcionista. Eles não são apenas agentes de recepção, mas também concierge, atendente de bar, despachante, servidor, etc ... Sua equipe de recepção é incrível, mas também precisa de ajuda.

The place is cool with a great lounge area as soon as you walk in. The rooms are spacious but the water pressure could have been better. The wifi was good and the customer service was as well.My only critique is they need more staff. Often times I’d be waiting 10-15 minutes to ask the front desk person a question. They are not only front desk agents but concierge, bar attendant, dispatcher, server etc… Your front desk team is awesome but they also need some help.

Have some fun today! Wow, who knew hotels could take themselves playfully. Get ready to be blown away by this hipster outlook to hotel management! Bar tenders check you in, where else, at the bar! They are the chefs making deliciously topped naans. Free arcade games and more in the lobby. Never want to stay in any other hotel ever again!
