“As a diamond member of Hilton Honors, I paid extra to stay at a Suite room beyond the upgrade. The front desk agent was always nice to assist to meet guests' needs. The room is excellent in terms of the quality although the room rate has been increased a lot compared to early this year. The service staff and the quality of food itself at breakfast buffet are not excellent, but they are still not bad either. Swimming pool is not excellent, but it is still good with nice view. The biggest disappointment at this time was with the Executive Lounge. The quality of food has been really worse compared to early this year and summer. Overall, the whole experience is not impressive, but it is still OK.”

“I would recommend to pay a bit more for executive. I enjoyed it a lot there. Cocktails there were great. The staffs were very polite and extremely friendly. Only when I checked in late and just noticed that the afternoon tea was finished already. I didn't know that the check in time is in the middle of afternoon tea time. So no tea on the first day. 😢 But overall I like this hotel a lot. Along to the River, close to Iconsiam, so comfortable and convenient. The swimming pool is a bit small but very lovely for kids and beautiful. My daughter loves it. Breakfast was also good. But if you have some nut allergy like me, you will scream with all of the good-looking desserts there. They all have some nut. 🤣”
