“Os funcionários são simpáticos. O que mais me desagrada no hotel é a falta de conforto das camas, colchões antigos, duros e almofadas muito desconfortáveis. O wi-fi é razoável, mas poderia ser melhor tendo em conta que se trata de um hotel 4*. A TV é muito antiga também. De manhã, na hora do pequeno almoço, fui impedida de usar as casas de banho, pois ainda iam ser desinfectadas, pelo que tive de me dirigir ao quarto propositadamente.”
