“There were many bright spots to my visit and 95% of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. This was my first time at Mandarin Oriental Doha. I was a little underwhelmed with my room. I had a room that faced the atrium and every night there was extremely loud music that would continue until 11 or 12 at night.With jet lag and the time difference this was extremely frustrating. I also had a difficult experience with the front desk when trying to exchange US currency, the way in which the young man approached the situation was completely disrespectful. The team in the restaurant for breakfast was amazing as was the food.”
