Nós absolutamente AMAMOS este hotel e somos viajantes exigentes que procuram o melhor. De como eles o recebem na recepção aos belos quartos e serviço à beira da piscina. A melhor parte é que eles nos levaram em um carro preto de e para a praia e nos deram tudo o que precisávamos para o dia perfeito na praia. Agora estamos de volta em casa e ainda acordamos e dizemos “podemos voltar ao lido”. Se você quer a experiência completa do hotel, do que os hotéis devem ser, reserve este. Você não vai se arrepender.

Hotel divertido, mas as diárias médias são muito altas, dada a qualidade dos quartos. A insonorização é muito pobre em muitos quartos. O Topside Lounge é muito divertido, mas se você não o estiver visitando, ainda o ouvirá (e a rua e o restaurante). Ótima localização. O serviço é amigável para além da piscina, onde falta.

Nos ENCANTÓ absolutamente este hotel y somos viajeros exigentes que buscan lo mejor. Desde cómo te reciben en la recepción hasta las hermosas habitaciones y el servicio junto a la piscina. La mejor parte es que nos llevaron en un auto negro hacia y desde la playa y nos dieron todo lo que necesitábamos para el día de playa perfecto. Ahora estamos de vuelta en casa y todavía nos despertamos y decimos "¿podemos volver a Lido?". Si desea la experiencia hotelera completa, de lo que deberían ser los hoteles, reserve este. No te arrepentirás.

Fun hotel, but the average daily rates are too high given the quality of the rooms.The sound proofing is really poor in many rooms.Topside Lounge is a lot of fun, but if you aren't visiting it, you will still hear it (and the street and the restaurant).Great location.Service is friendly aside from the pool, where it is lacking.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel and we are picky travellers who look for the best. From how they greet you at the front desk to the beautiful rooms and poolside service. The best part is they took us in a black car to and from the beach and gave us everything we needed for the perfect beach day. We are now back home and still wake up and say “can we go back to lido.” If you want the full hotel experience, of what hotels should be, book this one. You won’t regret it.

Passamos 8 noites no Lido House e adoramos a nossa estadia. A localização é perfeita para explorar Newport e a costa. Também é central para passeios de um dia para LA, Disney e San Diego. Todo o hotel é lindamente decorado. Quando passamos um tempo no hotel, gostamos de ficar à beira da piscina, na cobertura do Topside e na Mesa dos Prefeitos. Nick foi nosso servidor à beira da piscina. Ele foi amigável e fez ótimos coquetéis. A atmosfera na cobertura era divertida e as vistas são incríveis. Faça uma reserva se puder, porque fica ocupado especialmente nos fins de semana. Nossa refeição no Mayors Table foi incrível. Pedimos a opção de comer como prefeito e experimentamos pratos incríveis preparados especialmente para nós. O nosso servidor foi amigável e muito experiente em vinho. Definitivamente recomendamos este hotel e esperamos voltar novamente no futuro.

Pasamos 8 noches en Lido House y nos encantó nuestra estancia. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar Newport y la costa. También es central para excursiones de un día a Los Ángeles, Disney y San Diego. Todo el hotel está bellamente decorado. Cuando pasamos un tiempo en el hotel, disfrutamos pasar el rato junto a la piscina, la azotea de la azotea y la mesa Mayors. Nick fue nuestro servidor junto a la piscina. Fue amable e hizo excelentes cócteles. El ambiente en la azotea fue divertido y las vistas son increíbles. Haga una reserva si puede porque se llena especialmente los fines de semana. Nuestra comida en Mayors Table fue increíble. Pedimos la opción de comer como un mayor y pudimos probar platos increíbles preparados especialmente para nosotros. Nuestro servidor fue amable y muy bien informado sobre el vino. Definitivamente recomendaríamos este hotel y esperamos volver de nuevo en el futuro.

We spent 8 nights at Lido House and loved our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Newport and the coast. It’s also central for day trips to LA, Disney, and San Diego. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated. When we spent time at the hotel we enjoyed hanging by the pool, Topside rooftop, and Mayors Table. Nick was our server out by the pool. He was friendly and made great cocktails. The atmosphere on the rooftop was fun and the views are amazing. Make a reservation if you can because it does get busy especially on the weekends. Our meal at Mayors Table was amazing. We ordered the eat like a mayor option and got to try amazing dishes prepared specially for us. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable on wine. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future.

Eu morava em Newport, então nunca fiquei aqui. Minha filha se formou e os pais alugaram um chalé para uma celebração íntima e tranquila. Foi maravilhoso relaxar enquanto as crianças foram transportadas para um passeio de Duffy Boat. Ao retornar, eles aproveitaram a piscina e as vistas dos decks do chalé. Ele fez para um grande momento. Infelizmente, admito que gastei mais em festas de aniversário que não eram tão agradáveis ou com preços razoáveis.

Uma tempestade perfeita de serviço de 5 estrelas e comodidades misturadas com destaques terríveis.Primeiro, digamos que a maioria da equipe da frente, o restaurante e a maioria dos jovens com manobrista são um serviço fantástico e realmente se preocupam com a experiência do cliente. 4/5 estrelas.Limpeza - você pensaria que um lugar tão agradável seria impecável, quero dizer, é uma fruta tão baixa. Mas os comentários são verdadeiros, eles não limpam o quarto diariamente, a menos que solicitado e, mesmo assim, as manchas não são difíceis de encontrar. 2/5 estrelas.

Atendimento, decoração, localização. O serviço em todas as comodidades da recepção, serviço de piscina, manobrista e restaurante foi incrível e ajudou a tornar nossa visita de uma semana maravilhosa. A decoração é linda e bem cuidada. Localização localização localização!! Caminhe para tantos lugares para comer. Unidades curtas para outros locais. Você vai desfrutar da sua estadia! Ah sim, os quartos são espaçosos. As camas são super confortáveis!! Dormi como um campeão. O bar Roof Top é um ótimo local para relaxar, tomar um saboroso coquetel artesanal e apreciar a vista (certifique-se de fazer a reserva de quinta a sábado)

Viví en Newport, así que nunca me quedé aquí. Mi hija se graduó y los padres alquilaron una cabaña para una celebración íntima y tranquila. Fue maravilloso relajarse mientras los niños eran transportados a un paseo en Duffy Boat. A su regreso disfrutaron de la piscina y de las vistas desde los decks de la cabaña. Hizo un gran tiempo. Lamentablemente, admito que he gastado más en fiestas de cumpleaños que no fueron tan agradables o a un precio razonable.

A perfect storm of 5 star service and amenities blended with awful highlights.First, let’s just say the majority of front staff, the restaurant and majority of young guns running valet are fantastic service and truly care about the customer experience. 4/5 stars.Cleanliness - you would think that a place this nice would be impeccable, I mean it is such low-hanging fruit. But the reviews are true, they do not clean the room daily unless asked and even then stains are not hard to find. 2/5 stars.

Service, decor, location. Service within all amenities from front desk, pool service, valet and restaurant has been amazing and helped make our week long visit wonderful. The decor is gorgeous and well maintained. Location location location!! Walk to so many spots to eat. Short drives to other locations. You will enjoy your stay! Oh yeah, rooms are spacious. Beds are super comfy!! Slept like a champ. The Roof Top bar is great spot to chill out, have a tasty craft cocktail and take in the views (make sure to make reservation on Thursday - Saturday)

I lived in Newport so I never stayed here. My daughter graduated and the parents rented a cottage for an intimate quiet celebration. It was wonderful to relax while the kids were shuttled to a Duffy Boat ride. Upon return they enjoyed the pool and views from the decks of the cottage. It made for a great time. Sadly I admit I have spent more on birthday parties that were not nearly as enjoyable or reasonably priced.

I se hospedaram no Lido House no Bay cottage pela primeira vez e esta é minha experiência. Assim que cheguei, fui recebido por um manobrista que estava focado em fornecer uma ótima experiência de atendimento ao cliente que apreciei. Minha experiência com a recepção check-in foi o oposto. Não fui recebido com o mesmo nível e parecia transacional. Depois de concluir minha transação, o recepcionista apontou as direções para o quarto. Não há caminhada pela propriedade nem introdução à sua casa de campo. Eles me entregaram um pedaço de papel com algumas informações, mas você está praticamente sozinho para descobrir as coisas e como tudo funciona em sua casa. Passando 4K por duas noites, você pensaria que, no mínimo, ficaria em um quarto limpo e funcional. Os sofás tinham manchas. As cadeiras da cobertura tinham mofo e nos recusamos a sentar nelas. O chuveiro no quarto principal tinha uma mangueira quebrada, então toda vez que você o ligava, a água explodia em todos os lugares. O quarto principal tinha uma grande gaveta que também estava arrombada e ficou na posição aberta. Eles tinham uma torradeira sob a pia da cozinha que também parecia suja que estava ao lado de um tapete que tinha uma grande mancha no meio. Eu gostei da localização perto de Lido Marina Village e outras comodidades, mas com certeza ficaria em outro lugar.

Adoramos o lugar. Instalações mais recentes, bem equipadas, espaçosas e em um ótimo ambiente com a praia (duas quadras) e marinas nas proximidades. Vários restaurantes a uma curta distância. O menu do restaurante é bastante limitado, mas a comida era muito boa. Há serviço de bebidas à beira da piscina e eles foram ótimos. A piscina tem muito boa quantidade de assentos. Há também um bar na cobertura, mas não estava aberto durante a nossa estadia.

We loved the place.Newer facility that is well appointed, spacious, and in a great setting with the beach (two blocks) and marinas nearby. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. The menu in the restaurant is rather limited but the food was quite good.There is poolside beverage service and they were great.The pool has very good amount of seating.There is also a rooftop bar but it was not open during our stay.

I stayed at Lido House in the Bay cottage for the first time and this is my experience. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by valet who was focused on providing a great customer service experience which I appreciated. My experience with the front desk checking in was the opposite. I was not greeted with the same level and it felt transactional. After completing my transaction the front desk clerk pointed directions to the room. There is no walk thru the property nor introduction to your cottage. They did hand me a piece of paper with some info but you are pretty much on your own to figure things out and how everything works in your cottage. Spending 4K for two nights you would think you would at the very least stay in a clean and functional room. The couches had stains. The roof top chairs had mold and we refused to sit on them. The shower in the master bedroom had a busted hose so every time you turned it on water would explode everywhere. The master bedroom had a big drawer that was also busted and stayed in the open position. They had a toaster under the kitchen sink that also looked dirty that was next to a roll out floor mat that had a big stain in the middle of it. I did like the location being close to Lido Marina Village and other amenities but I would definitely stay somewhere else.

This boutique hotel has all the amenities of the finest hotels. The staff is very attentive and the stay was worth the hefty price tag. Will definitely be back.

This is one the best properties I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff is exceptionally responsive; rooms are gorgeous; amenities are above expectations. Notably: Zach and the rest of the front desk crew handled our stay perfectly!

I can say that I have stayed at this hotel quite a bit recently; and there are a few people that stand out. But Perry really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, and builds a fun connection. I always look forward and hope to see when I arrive; but honestly everyone has been great from start to finish. I don’t know the GM’s name; but he is amazing. I’ve seen him take over so many different roles, his professionalism is unmatched. Wayne is a huge asset as well. Anyway hands down; the best service driven hotel I’ve been able to enjoy.

Stayed in LA at 3 different hotels in 4 days, and this by far was the best. Exceptionally clean, great ambiance- and most importantly, service was seamless. Valet knew how to handle any car pretty effortlessly, and the front desk was very efficient. The rooms themselves had the best fit & finish out of any hotel I have stayed in. The devil is in the details and it shows here. Will be coming back, unlike the other two places that we stayed.
