“Came here a couple weeks ago for some R&R and maybe watch a game. Clearly this was a popular hotel amongst the masses and was quite crowded.
The service is great. I was greeted by the staff as soon I entered and was led to the front desk.
Check in was easy. They were kind enough to provide an upgrade given I am a regular. Got a room with a great view.
Good bar and decent selection of drinks and bar food. The highlight of this place in my opinion is the Kitchen 6. Great food options for both lunch and breakfast.
The rooftop bar is equally classy with great views.
Room service was equally good with the food quality being quite good and delivered within promised time.”

“Our stay was awesome! It was first time and we would love to come back to JW Marriott Marquis again! Starting from the entrance, check in were so nice.

Mr. Rodellon, Mr. Bhagwan have personal touch with the guests.
Our room was according our booking deluxe room but, the way these two professionals served our room, it became more than suite. People from Guest Relation, In Room Dining, At Your Service, Valet parking guys were so friendly and amazing.
