“I made a booking to stay there for a week, then the country goes into lockdown and they refuse to refund or even reschedule my booking because that is their "policy". Under normal circumstances I would understand but when a country goes into a strict lockdown due to a global pandemic there should be an exception.”
— Fadi Masri
