I always greatly enjoy the breakfast buffet, a good variety of products with a healthy touch, the staff is very helpful and friendly, I remember Arays of Cuban background, very dedicated with lots of enthousiasm, keep on the good work!

The hotel is in a great location in downtown Itajaí, as a new construction it has a modem feel, but some of the fit and finishing are way too cheap, some items in the room feel flimsy, and could break easily. The valet was mostly courteous and the parking rate was reasonable for downtown Itajaí. We spent 45 mins waiting to be served though, without warning. They could have handled this slightly better. However, for the letter cost of the hotel, the price seems worth it. There are definitely much worse places at the same price point.

The location is on the heart of the city and the attendance are excellent and speak English. The rooms are ok but the price could be better. No service used. Parking was too expensive too

I always stay at Ibis. I went to this region to go to Beto Carrero, a beautiful and great park. Ibis is around 30 minutes from Beto Carrero and is also close to the beach (around 5 quilometers). In front of the hotel, there is a Mc Donalds, a subway, drugstores and around 5-6 blocks there are a lot of restaurants, in an area called "Vila Gastronômica". The bed in Ibis is very comfortable and it's surely the best option in the region, if you look for a 3 stars hotel to stay during the night and know the city, beaches and travel around here. There's not pools and other attractions in Ibis, as far as I know, but if you'll sleep and walk around to know everything near here, it's a very great option.

I booked two rooms well in advance, paying much more than I would if I had just booked at front desk, even with a discount from the Accor chain for being a member. Breakfast is poor, room is ok...

Itâs an economic hotel, not recommended for families. The rooms are small and poor. The price is good, but you will have to pay extra for a parking lot. You will have to pay extra for breakfast too...

Worst breakfast I've ever had. There was no tea. Just one kind of cake. It had a cheese and a prejunto. Do not get coffee out of the bottle. My wife had to return in the room to pick up snack to eat...
