ETA: a equipe do hotel me acompanhou por e-mail e pediu desculpas pelo incidente, além de me reembolsar pelo quarto, então estou movendo minha avaliação de 1 para 3 estrelas.De alguma forma, a equipe me fez fazer o check-in em um quarto diferente e fez o check-in de um hóspede diferente no meu quarto. Quando os novos hóspedes não puderam entrar no quarto (que eu havia trancado), o gerente geral tentou entrar no quarto às 23h da noite. Isto. Foi. Aterrador. Quando liguei para a recepção, o GM parecia mais preocupado com os hóspedes que estava fazendo o check-in do que me dando mais do que um breve pedido de desculpas. Embora eu entenda o erro não malicioso que foi cometido, ele foi mal tratado depois disso e me senti ignorado. Eu sou uma mulher pequena que estava viajando sozinha. Eu já estou no limite e sempre atento a qualquer ameaça, então ter minha porta aberta no meio da noite foi absolutamente aterrorizante, e essa experiência passou completamente despercebida pela administração.

Reservou um quarto de 3 camas, 2 banheiros, 2 quartos com quase 3 meses de antecedência, completou o check-in on-line no dia anterior à chegada e a reserva foi boa e conforme reservado. Chegamos ao hotel apenas para descobrir que fomos rebaixados para 1 quarto 1 cama e a equipe foi tão pouco profissional que tentou me culpar por escolher o quarto durante o check-in. Em nenhum momento me foi permitido escolher o quarto, em vez disso, o processo de check-in informou que um quarto seria selecionado para mim. Eles finalmente admitiram que selecionaram o quarto e, em vez de me acomodar, tudo o que eles ofereceram foi um rebaixamento por quase o mesmo preço que eu reservei. Desde quando os membros dos diamantes são rebaixados em vez de atualizados. A gerência tentou o mínimo necessário para ajudar e resolver o problema, mas sempre enfatizou que o quarto nunca estava disponível ... bem, foi há quase 3 meses quando fiz a reserva. De bom grado paguei mais em outro hotel que me ofereceu o que eu precisava. Apreciação e cortesia de um cliente ajuda um negócio a prosperar, uma pessoa sem tato na gestão só o ajudará a fracassar. Não recomendo este local, de comentários anteriores, parece que este é um problema regular com este local específico. Não atende aos padrões Hilton, especialmente com membros diamante.

Reservé una habitación de 3 camas, 2 baños y 2 dormitorios con casi 3 meses de anticipación, completé el check-in en línea el día antes de la llegada y la reserva estuvo bien y tal como se reservó. Llegué al hotel solo para descubrir que nos degradaron a 1 habitación 1 cama y que el personal era tan poco profesional que intentó culparme por elegir la habitación durante el check-in. En ningún momento se me permitió elegir la habitación, en cambio, el proceso de registro me informó que se seleccionaría una habitación para mí. Finalmente admitieron que seleccionaron la habitación y, en lugar de acomodarme, todo lo que ofrecieron fue una rebaja por casi el mismo precio que reservé. Desde cuando los miembros de diamantes son degradados en lugar de actualizados. La gerencia intentó lo mínimo para ayudar y resolver el problema, en cambio, siempre enfatizó que la habitación nunca estuvo disponible... bueno, fue hace casi 3 meses cuando hice la reserva. Con mucho gusto pagué más en otro hotel que me ofreció lo que necesitaba. El aprecio y la cortesía de un cliente ayudan a que un negocio prospere, una persona sin tacto en la administración solo lo ayudará a fracasar. No recomendaré esta ubicación en absoluto, según las revisiones anteriores, parece que este es un problema habitual con esta ubicación en particular. No cumple con los estándares de Hilton, especialmente con miembros de diamante.

ETA: hotel staff followed up with me via email and apologized for the while incident, in addition to refunding me for the room, so I am moving my review from 1 to 3 stars. Somehow, the staff had me checked into a different room, and checked a different guest into my room. When the new guests couldn't enter the room (which I had locked), the general manager attempted to enter the room at 11pm at night. It. Was. Terrifying. When I called the front desk, the GM seemed more concerned with the guests he was checking in than giving me more than a curt apology. While I understand the nonmalicious error that was made, it was handled poorly after that, and I felt brushed off. I am a petite female who was traveling by myself. I already am on edge, and always watching for any threats, so having my door opened in the middle of the night was absolutely terrifying, and that experience went completely unacknowledged by management.

Booked a 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedroom room almost 3 months in advance, completed online check-in the day before arrival and reservation was fine and as booked. Arrived at the hotel only to find out that we were downgraded to 1 bedroom 1 bed and the staff were so unprofessional that attempted to fault me for choosing the room during check-in. At no time was I allowed to choose the room, instead the check-in process advised that a room would be selected for me. They finally admitted that they selected the room and instead of accommodating me all they offered was a downgrade for almost the same price as what I reserved. Since when diamonds members are downgraded rather than upgraded. Management attempted bare minimum to assist and resolve the problem, instead always emphasized that room was never available....well it was almost 3 months ago when I made the reservation. I gladly paid more at another hotel that offered me what I needed. Appreciation and courtesy of a customer helps a business thrive, a tactless person in management will only help it fail. Will not recommend this location at all, from previous reviews it seems that this is a regular issue with this particular location. Does not hold up to Hilton standards, especially with diamond members.

Eu viajo 70% a trabalho e fico exclusivamente nas propriedades Hilton. Este local parece muito bom e eu gostei das primeiras noites. A equipe é muito legal. Mas, o local experimenta muito crime/vandalismo nos finais de semana. Meu caminhão foi arrombado e a recepção me diz que isso acontece quase todas as noites. Tão decepcionante. Eles têm segurança que vem por 10 minutos a cada 2-3 horas. O segurança parou e disse que a polícia talvez não respondesse. Demorou quase 2 horas para a polícia aparecer. Basicamente, salve-se o problema e fique em outro lugar.

Viajo el 70% por trabajo y me hospedo exclusivamente en propiedades Hilton. Esta ubicación parece realmente agradable y disfruté las primeras noches. El personal es muy agradable. Pero, la ubicación experimenta mucho crimen/vandalismo los fines de semana. Entraron en mi camioneta y la recepción me dice que sucede casi todas las noches. Muy decepcionante. Tienen seguridad que viene por 10 minutos cada 2-3 horas. El tipo de seguridad se detuvo y dijo que la policía podría no responder. La policía tardó casi 2 horas en aparecer. Básicamente, ahórrese el problema y alójese en otro lugar.

I travel 70%for work and stay exclusively at Hilton properties. This location seems really nice and I enjoyed the first few nights. The staff is really nice. But, the location experiences a lot of crime/ vandalism on the weekends. My truck was broken into and the front desk tells me that it happens nearly every night. So disappointing. They have security that comes by for 10 minutes every 2-3 hours. The security guy stopped by and said the police might not respond. It took almost 2 hours for the police to show up. Basically, save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Bom hotel, perto do aeroporto. Pegamos uma das suítes maiores 2 queen - um quarto e área de estar. Os quartos são espaçosos com cozinha completa. Embora não use a cozinha. Café-da-manhã foi bastante uma boa propagação também. Bom se você precisar de algo mais perto do aeroporto O gerente Louis era um homem muito gentil e prestativo que guardava nossas malas em seu escritório e nos permitia deixar o carro estacionado até voltarmos em uma semana. A equipe foi educada, entusiasmada e feliz em ajudar.

Bonito hotel, cerca del aeropuerto. Cogimos una de las suites más grandes 2 queen - un dormitorio y sala de estar. Las habitaciones son espaciosas con cocina completa. Sin embargo, no usé la cocina. El desayuno era bastante bueno también. Bueno, si necesita algo más cerca del aeropuerto. El gerente Louis fue un hombre muy amable y servicial que guardó nuestras maletas en su oficina y nos permitió dejar el automóvil estacionado hasta que regresáramos en una semana. El personal fue educado, entusiasta y dispuesto a ayudar.

The hotel was dingy inside and out, I didn’t even get a chance to see the room because I was dissatisfied with the appearance of the hotel but the receptionist was kind enough to cancel my reservation in order to get a refund through the hotel app I booked through. So I commend the exceptional staff and customer service as the first thing you encounter when walking in.

Nice hotel , close to the airport . We took one of the larger suites 2 queen - one bedroom and living area. Rooms are spacious with full kitchen . Did not use the kitchen though . Breakfast was quite a good spread too. Good if you need something closer to the airport The manager Louis was a very kind and helpful man who kept our bags in his office and allowed us to leave the car parked until we returned in a week. The staff was polite , enthusiastic and happy to help.

. Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis e prestativos. Os quartos eram um pouco menos agradável do que eu esperaria em uma suítes Homewood (somos membros e eu fiquei em várias suítes Homewood em torno dos EUA). Meu grande problema foi que a porta mais distante da porta principal estava quebrada e tinha uma placa para não usá-la. Esta era a porta mais próxima do meu quarto, o que tornava difícil obter todos os nossos pertences ao nosso quarto, já que nosso quarto ficava a uma distância considerável de outras portas.Em uma ocasião, usei a porta da escada para sair, pois fica ao lado da porta quebrada. Ao sair, notei várias pessoas sentadas nas escadas, algumas no telefone e outras nos computadores. Passei uma hora depois e eles ainda estavam lá. Mais uma hora depois eles ainda estavam lá e um estava fumando. Falei com a recepcionista e ela descobriu que não eram hóspedes e mandou que fossem. Quando passei pela última vez, eles estavam todos do lado de fora em um veículo cheio de itens, cobertores, papelão etc. Mudei meu veículo para a frente do hotel porque estava muito abalado com toda a situação

Melhor equipe NUNCA. A senhorita Mycne (sp?) fez o check-in e me ajudou a configurar o serviço de táxi para o meu voo de saída. Ótimo café da manhã com pratos quentes, estabelecimento muito limpo e bem conservado. As pessoas mais legais de Houston aqui :) Mantenha o bom trabalho.

Nicest staff EVER. Miss Mycne (sp?) checked me in and helped me set up cab service for my flight out. Great hot breakfast, very clean and well kept property. Nicest people in Houston here :) Keep up the good work.

. All the employees were very kind and helpful. The rooms were a little less nice than I would expect at a Homewood suites (we are members and I've stayed at several Homewood suites around the US). My big issue was that the furthest door from the main door was broken and had a sign not to use it. This was the closest door to my room, this made it challenging to get all of our belongs to our room since our room was a considerable distance from other doors. On one occasion I used the stairwell door to go outside since it is next to the broken door. As I exited I noticed several people sitting on the stairs, some on the phone and some on computers. I went through an hour later and they were still there. Another hour later they were still there and one was smoking. I talked to the receptionist and she found out that they were not guests and told them to go. When I walked by a final time they were all outside by a vehicle that was filled with items, blankets, cardboard etc. I moved my vehicle to the very front of the hotel because I was very rattled by the whole situation

La limpieza del cuarto fue terrible: el huésped anterior dejó ropa, comida, suciedad, jabón usado. Obviamente el personal que hizo la limpieza no validó ninguno de estos detalles, incluso las amenidades del cuarto incompletas y usadas así como tampoco papel higiénico. Se notificó esto al área de lobby y no les interesó resolver o dar alguna opción. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el cuarto que me dieron es según lo reservado y el desayuno es básico pero es bueno. El personal de atención en el área del breakfast muy eficiente y amable.

Es un hotel con Excelente ubicación cerca al Aeropuerto de Houston por el momento no cuenta con transporte al aeropuerto pero su habitación es muy amplia y confortable y el desayuno es muy completo
