“Hilton charges customers random stuff even during their stay.
Really shady. Multiple other customers I talked to are confirming the same exact stuff. The front desk and Hilton Corp customer service are asking managers, and then making more stuff up.
Very sad a good company is playing games with very high value customers in an effort to make an extra dollar off already loyal customers.
Wish there was a better way to communicate with them, but now I will be talking with my credit card company to help fight this case.
Quite pathetic… and a huge waste of my time.
Anyone reading this, consider booking at another hotel if you don’t want to deal with lying employee scandals to what seems like they’re trying to make a fake quotas with mugging managers.
If you’re being charged random stuff even before getting checked out, speak up immediately, because Hilton has a way of tricking customers into believe they deserve to be billed and overcharged for random, itemized things.”
