“Just OK. Expect another 20+ per day for parking.They have several restaurants on-site.We didn't try any but this meant breakfast wasn't included.Room was not great condition.Peeling paint, grout and caulking missing around tubs.No fridge or microwave.Well, a fridge full of their drinks that will auto charge you if you touch them.They have an option to request a mini fridge for your food.We called and requested two days in a row.Both times they said they'd bring it up.We were there for 4 days.Never got the fridge.Have to request room service.Otherwise, nothing.Expected a higher class, nicer hotel for the location.Main floor is very nice.Outside of that, maybe a little better than a 2 star.”

“Today, Dec. 25, 2021, around 4:20 PM the exit gate was open. All vehicles ahead of my vehicle exited without inserting a key card, payment ticket, or digital key. It was obvious the gate was left open. Therefore, when my vehicle car proceeded to exit, as the cars ahead of me did, the gate's arm closed down on my 2021 BMW X5. Upon examining my vehicle, the gate's arm left a mark on the top front of my vehicle near the BMW emblem.
The hotel was contacted via their message system at 4:34 PM to notify them about the incident caused by the faulty gate. Front Desk person, Cynthia, responded. Below is the message:
4:34 PM-- Me: "The gate was open when I approached to exit and when I went through it it came crashing down on my car. This occurred at 4:20 if you want to pull the camera."
4:39 PM--Cynthia: "Let me get in contact with security give me one second-Cynthia"
4:40 PM Cynthia: "Please feel free to pass by the front desk to fill out a report -Cynthia"
Around 5:00 PM, I went to the front desk with my two daughters. Cynthia was not understanding of the situation at all. She kept saying that I should have put the room key in to exit the gate. I repeatedly explained to her that the gate was already open. Also, I told her for the entire duration of my stay that same gate was on and off again open and I nor other guests put their key in the ticket holder when that gate was already open. Cynthia wasn't empathetic or listening to me at all. The security guard was standing there and not saying a word. My daughter even asked her to put up a sign telling guests to put in a ticket or room key even if the gate was open, because it was apparently broken. By the way, my daughter just left the hotel and the gate is stuck open again. This is terrible practice and negligence on the hotel since they are well aware that the gate is broken.
Cynthia handed me a $60 hotel voucher and said that's all she could do about the situation. I am returning the unused voucher to the hotel.”
