“I've been a Hilton rewards member for years now and have always had a great experience with this company. A friend recommended this location to stay so we gave it a shot .. valet was very nice but right when got to the front desk it seemed like nobody really wanted to help then a lady had to literally ask this guy to serve us and he didn't seem very pleased to help us. He ends up checking us in and giving us the room key and we go all the way down one hallway to what we think is our room and the keys aren't working.. so we go all the way back to the front desk which is far .. and he told us he gave us the wrong room number. So we finally get to our correct hotel room and right away it was very warm inside the room. We turn the air on and it wasn't working properly. The whole night we were hot. We also did not have any wash clothes in our room. We had to use the hand towels as wash cloths. The next morning we get woken up by someone knocking on our door at 9am (checkout is at 11am) asking us if we're about to checkout, making us feel rushed to get out of the hotel room when checkout isn't for 2 more hours. Overall, we did not get good hospitality and it was pretty disappointing.”

“Beautiful property and most of the staff are really nice and helpful. It took 30 minutes to get an extra blanket and pillow and I had to ask twice. But breakfast was wonderful in the downstairs restaurant. The bar is another matter. First, it took about 20 minutes just to have our lunch order taken and there was only 1 other couple eating. Then we ordered a hamburger and Cuban which took about 25 minutes to arrive. Finally, the food was only so so. There are several very good restaurants nearby but we just came from the airport and were too exhausted to walk. We did eat dinner out and the staff recommendations were phenomenal.”

This hotel used to be the Ritz Carlton so the building is magnificent. Great service, the rooms are comfy and beds are ok. Its a great place to be in Las Vegas. Its 25 minutes out Vegas strip but I found this hotel very quiet and away from the noise. Valet guys are awesome. Quick walk to the village where you can find all type of bars and restaurants. Great place!

My husband John and I are staying at this hotel right now and it’s very nice. About his sixth time here and the staff are super nice. The food in the restaurant has been great every time. The grounds are always clean and we feel very safe here walking around at night also. Remember this hotel was built in the late 80’s as a ritz Carlton we heard and it’s absolutely beautiful. The lake view is beautiful.

Stayed with my family while on vacation. We did activities in Las Vegas and was close enough to have a secluded feel while still being accessible. This hotel truly checks the boxes you hope for and doesn't make you long for conveniences you have at home. Great rooms, water pressure and temperature. The resort was also huge and had enough going on you could explore! Would come back if I was in the area.
