“The client service in the Hotel was unacceptable. We were in the hotel two weeks ago. A delegation of four people of the hotel approached my wife and embarrassed them in the breakfast room in front of many other hotel guest. I complaint against it by the Manager but a real serious excuse never came from their side. Besides the fact that we received the room by Check IN nearly one hour late without any excuse. Cannot really rerecommend the Hotel.”
