Localização: não muito longe da Universal Os quartos são limpos e bem conservados. Os funcionários são simpáticos e estão disponíveis para ajudar quando necessário. Eles não nos ofereceram sacolas de boas-vindas (bebida e lanche), mas forneceram quando eu pedi, como membro da recompensa. Prós: A cama e travesseiros são confortáveis, há TV a cabo e oferecem café da manhã. Sem taxas de resort ou estacionamento. Contras: Observe que o café da manhã termina às 9h. Um pouco cedo demais na minha opinião. Acordamos às 8h30 e descemos às 8h50. A comida tinha acabado e as portas estavam meio fechadas. Meu marido fez um waffle para meu filho e para ele enquanto a equipe esperava desajeitadamente para fechar. Nós terminamos antes das 9, mas 9 é meio cedo para uma família de férias. 10 seria melhor. Além disso, as paredes são THINNN. Você pode ouvir facilmente o corredor, outras portas se abrindo e se fechando. Nossos vizinhos eram barulhentos durante a noite e no início da manhã. Desejava que as paredes não fossem tão finas.

Fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido quando cheguei ao nosso quarto. As camas e as roupas de cama eram muito confortáveis e luxuosas. O tamanho do quarto era maior do que o que estou acostumado. Definitivamente o melhor hotel em que ficamos durante nossas férias de hotel. Quarto muito limpo e quente. Eu dormi como um bebê. Reservei 3 horas antes do check-in e ganhei um roubo preço através do meu aplicativo de mapa do Google que me vinculou através do booking.com. Consegui um desconto de 40% a 50%. As omeletes foram excelentes no pequeno-almoço de cortesia.

Location: not too far from Universal Rooms are clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and available to assist when needed. They didn't offer us welcome bags (drink & snack), but did provide when I asked, as a reward member. Pros: The bed and pillows are comfy, there is cable and provide breakfast. No resort or parking fees. Cons: Note that breakfast ends at 9am. A little too early in my opinion. We woke up at 8:30 and were down by 8:50. Food was all gone and the doors were halfway closed. My husband made my son and himself a waffle as staff stood awkwardly waiting to close up. We were done before 9, but 9 is kinda early for a family on vacation. 10 would be better. Also, walls are THINNN. You can easily hear hallway, other doors opening and slamming shut. Our neighbors were rowdy into the night and early in the AM. Wished the walls weren't so thin.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got to our room. The Beds and the bedding were very comfortable and luxury. The size of the room was bigger than what I am use to. Definitely the best hotel we stayed at during our vacation of hotel hopping. Very Clean and warm room. I slept like a baby. I booked it 3 hours before checking in and got a steal price through my google map app that linked me through booking.com. I got a 40%-50% discount. The omelets were great at the comp breakfast.

I had reserved the whirlpool suite at this location, but arrived later that evening after our visit to Universal to find it was unavailable. They hadn't called us earlier in the day to make us aware of this issue and the room change, depriving us of the ability have them cancel the reservation and of the time to look elsewhere. It was simply left as a surprise for us at check-in. They simply put us in a standard room, with no accommodations offered to make up for the shortfall, and a meager ~$10 discount. Long story short, we weren't happy. As for COVID procedures, the room was spotless. I will give them that.

Wonderful stay! Juan at the front desk was helpful with a late night check in, even making sure we had complimentary snacks and water after a long day! The rooms were clean and well kept up. The make your own waffle station was a hit with my daughter! Would stay again!

Belos quartos, limpos, mas para mim foi o quão silencioso era. Nenhum vizinho barulhento batendo portas ou gritando no corredor. O café da manhã que eles oferecem foi impressionante. Tudo foi feito grande. Recomendo alguém ficar aqui. Os preços para o quarto estavam bem dentro da razão na minha opinião.

Beautiful rooms, clean but for me it was how quiet it was. No loud neighbors slamming doors or yelling in the hallway. The breakfast they offer was impressive. Everything was made great. Would highly recommend anyone stay here. Prices for the room were well within reason in my opinion.

Eu tive uma estadia de 1 noite para a competição de torcida da minha filha e foi perfeito. Limpo, camas confortáveis, e o serviço ao cliente foi bom em todos os lugares. Apreciei as comodidades gratuitas (estacionamento gratuito, Wi-Fi gratuito, café da manhã gratuito, café e chá gratuitos o dia todo, produtos de higiene pessoal gratuitos) por US $ 100 (desconto da empresa) não pode superar isso!

One of the cleanest Hampton Inn's I have stayed at. Just off a main road but far enough away from it to be quiet. Check in was painless. Room was spacious and comfortable with Roman blackout drapes to allow a full blackout of the room. Will definitely stay again.

I had a 1-night stay for my daughter’s cheer competition and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, and the customer service was nice all-around. I appreciated the free amenities (free parking, free WiFi, free breakfast, free coffee and tea all day, free toiletries) at a $100 bucks (company discount) can’t beat that!

Sou um membro Hilton Gold. Eu estava fazendo o check-in neste estabelecimento e fiquei surpreso ao ver que minha reserva foi cancelada e fui informado de que não sou bem-vindo a este estabelecimento porque apresentei uma reclamação contra o Hampton Inn Orlando Seaworld. Isso não tem nada a ver com fazer uma reserva no John Young. A recepção explicou que essas duas propriedades tinham o mesmo proprietário. Tentei falar com o gerente. Ele se recusou a falar comigo e disse que se você não for embora, vou chamar a polícia. Isso é completamente antiprofissional. Meu conselho para você, não corra o risco e reserve neste hotel. Eles tinham zero habilidade de comunicação, gestão e atitude.

I'm a Hilton gold member. I was checking in to this property and was surprised that my reservation was cancelled and have been told I'm not welcome to this property because I filed a complain against Hampton Inn Orlando Seaworld. This has nothing to do with making a reservation at John Young. The front desk explained they these two properties had the same owner. I tried to speak to the manager. He refused to talk to me and said if you do not leave, I will call police. This is completely unprofessional. My advice to you, do not take the risk and book in this hotel. They had zero skill of communication, management and attitude.

Esta é uma propriedade relativamente nova. Os quartos são muito mais limpos do que a maioria dos outros lugares. Fiquei por 3 noites e gostei do café da manhã, que é amplo para todas as idades. O único problema foi o ruído do tráfego como o nosso quarto estava virado para um cruzamento principal. No geral, um bom hotel familiar.

This is a fairly new property. The rooms are much more cleaner than most other places. I stayed for 3 nights and liked the breakfast which is ample for all ages. Only issue was traffic noise as our room was facing a main intersection. Overall a good family hotel.

Bem, este hotel em que estamos hospedados me conquistou. É um bom hotel. 1- Ainda oferece itens para o café da manhã. Os waffles padrão, ovos, bacon, frutas frescas, iogurte e várias opções de pão para escolher. Melhor ainda, você mesmo pode fazer! 2- O quarto tem um bom tamanho e a casa de banho também é grande. A mesa / escrivaninha é grande o suficiente para nós dois instalarmos nossos laptops e não ficarmos esbarrando nos cotovelos. 3- A recepcionista na 2ª noite (a mesma que nos registrou) foi muito simpática e nos ofereceu dicas sobre os melhores lugares de praia para ir. Depois de ir para Cocoa Beach no segundo dia e enfiar os pés no mar, pensei em parar e pegar um par de toalhas extras. Ela não apenas me entregou de bom grado mais 2 toalhas grandes, mas também uma cesta de presentes com 3 barras de chocolate e um cartão-postal da Flórida que agradece por ficar aqui e espero que tenha gostado da sua visita. Eu achei muito gentil. Não tenho certeza se eles fazem isso para todos os seus hóspedes de fora do estado, mas me deixou uma boa impressão sobre este hotel. Acho que vou procurar essa rede de hotéis nas próximas localizações em que ficaremos.

Well, this hotel we are staying at just won me over. It's a nice hotel. 1- It still offers sit down breakfast items. The standard waffles, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, and multiple choices of bread to choose from. Better yet, you get to make it yourself! 2- The room is a nice size and the bathroom is big as well. The table/desk is large enough for both of us to set up our laptops and not be bumping elbows. 3- The front desk lady on the 2nd evening(the same one that checked us in) was very friendly and offered us hints on where the best beach places to go. After going to Cocoa Beach on the 2nd day and sticking our feet in the ocean, I thought to stop and get a couple of extra towels. Not only did she gladly hand me 2 more large towels, but handed me a gift basket with 3 candy bars in it and a post card from Florida that says thanks for staying here, & hope you enjoyed your visit. I thought it was very kind. Not sure if they do that for all of their out of state guests, but it has left a good impression on me about this hotel. I think I will be looking up this hotel chain in the next locations we will be staying at.

Esta é a primeira vez que eu fiquei neste local e estou feliz por tê-lo encontrado. É longe da azáfama, mas perto de tudo. Eles têm membro Diamond estacionamento (<3) O jovem na recepção, Faradia, foi super agradável e prestativa, com um rápido check-in. O hotel estava impecavelmente limpo, super silencioso, e eu não tinha penas no meu quarto - o que é perfeito! A cama era super confortável. Houve muita água quente, boa pressão de água, toalhas agradáveis, e nada vazou. Tudo foi perfeito !!! Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Este hotel parece ter sido recentemente renovado, tudo parece limpo e novo. Não encontrei nenhum problema, localização muito conveniente em orlando.O café da manhã de cortesia era muito bom, geralmente quando os hotéis oferecem comida de cortesia eles não são da melhor qualidade, mas neste hotel eu fiquei realmente muito surpreso com o sabor e variedade de itens para escolher.Quartos grandes e espaçosos, além de uma pequena academia E piscina. Este foi um Hampton muito agradável, ótimo hotel, definitivamente recomendo.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this location and I’m glad I found it. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. They have Diamond Member parking (<3) The young lady at the front desk, Faradia, was super nice and helpful with a quick check in. The hotel was immaculately clean, super quiet, and I had no feathers in my room - which is perfect! The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, good water pressure, nice towels, and nothing leaked. Everything was perfect!!! I’d stay here again.

This hotel seems to be recently renovated, everything look clean and new. I didn’t encounter any issue, very convenience location in orlando.Complimentary breakfast was very good, usually when hotels provide complimentary food they are not the best quality but on this hotel I was actually very surprised how tasty and variety of items to chose.Rooms a big and spacious plus there’s a smallgym And pool. This was a very nice Hampton in, great hotel, definitely recommend.
