Quando eu fiz uma reserva I solicitado um quarto no primeiro andar, com um micro-ondas. Como membro do diamante seria de pensar que é um pedido razoável. Check-in às 22:00 em 1 de Fevereiro de 2022. A senhora na recepção (não obter o seu nome) disse que não havia quartos disponíveis no primeiro andar ou com micro-ondas e que eu teria que levar o microondas sozinho. Quando eu solicitei que alguém levá-la desde que eu tinha várias malas e sacos, ela apontou para o carrinho de bagagem e disse que "poderia usar isso." La señora de la recepción (no su nombre) dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles en el primer piso o con microondas y que iba a tener que llevar el microondas a mí mismo. Cuando pedí que alguien tocar el tema, ya que tenía varias maletas y bolsas, señaló a la carrito de equipaje y dijo que "podría utilizar eso". Le pregunté por qué no pueden tocar el tema, dijo: "No traerlo hasta aquí desde hace 10 meses y nunca sacado el tema.". Lo que un mal servicio y actitud! When I made a reservation I requested a first floor room, with a microwave. As diamond member one would think that is a reasonable request. Checked in at 10pm on February 1, 2022. The lady at the desk (didn't get her name) said there were no rooms available on the first floor or with microwaves and that I would have to carry the microwave myself. When I requested that someone bring it up since I had several suitcases and bags, she pointed to the luggage cart and said I "could use that". I asked why can't they bring it up, she said: "I don't bring it up. Been here for 10 months and never brought it up". What a poor service and attitude! Felt like in a $40 side of the road motel. I don't usually write reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I've been a Hilton diamond member for over 10 years. I starting to get tired of bad service. Please train your employees better and/or select people that know how the hospitality business works.

Pode ser meticuloso, mas teria apreciado se o café da manhã fosse abastecido com um pouco mais de frequência. Estava sempre esperando por mais massa de waffle ou bacon. Fora isso. Os quartos eram ok. O controle climático era um pouco barulhento. Piscina é um pouco pequena e eles têm aulas às vezes.

No geral bela renovação do lobby e quartos, o café da manhã foi bem exibido com opções simples e agradáveis. No geral, parecia muito limpo, mas a cadeira da mesa no quarto era absolutamente nojenta e inesperada, dada a condição se tudo o mais. A academia era simples e agradável, a piscina infelizmente estava escura e precisa de melhores cuidados. Atendimento ao cliente excelente. Eu poderia dar menos estrelas, mas o atendimento ao cliente foi ótimo.

Puede ser quisquilloso, pero hubiera apreciado que el desayuno estuviera abastecido con un poco más de frecuencia. Siempre estaba esperando más masa para gofres o tocino. Aparte de eso. En general, una hermosa renovación del vestíbulo y las habitaciones, el desayuno estaba muy bien presentado con buenas opciones simples. En general, se veía muy limpio, pero la silla del escritorio en la habitación era absolutamente asquerosa e inesperada dada la condición de todo lo demás. El gimnasio era simple y agradable, lamentablemente la piscina estaba turbia y necesita un mejor cuidado. Servicio al cliente excelente. Podría dar menos estrellas, pero el servicio al cliente fue excelente.

May be nitpicking but would have appreciated if the breakfast was stocked a little more frequently. Was always waiting for more waffle batter or bacon. Other than that. Rooms were ok. Climate control was a bit loud. Pool is a bit small and they have lessons on sometimes.

Overall beautiful renovation of lobby and rooms, breakfast was nicely displayed with nice simple options. Overall looked very clean yet the desk chair in room was absolutely disgusting, and unexpected given the condition if everything else. Gym was simple and nice, pool was unfortunately murky and needs better care. Customer service excellent. I could give less stars but the customer service was great.

Nós gostamos de ir a este lugar. Gostamos da piscina. Gostamos do café da manhã, embora não haja muito por onde escolher. O que não gostamos foi que eles permitiram que um grupo enorme de motoristas de ambulância do Texas entrasse no hotel sem máscara e ficasse 2 dias no saguão e na área de café da manhã sem máscara. Tudo isso enquanto o estado de Nova York tem um mandato de máscara.

Nos gusta ir a este lugar. Nos gusta la piscina. Nos gusta el desayuno de la mañana, aunque no hay mucho para elegir. Lo que no nos gustó fue que permitieron que un gran grupo de conductores de ambulancias de Texas entraran al hotel sin letrero de máscara y holgazanearan durante 2 días en el vestíbulo y el área de desayuno sin máscara. Todo esto mientras el estado de Nueva York tiene un mandato de máscara.

We like going to this place. We like the swimming pool. We like the breakfast in the morning, even though there's not a lot to choose from. What we didn't like was that they allowed a huge group ambulance drivers from Texas to come in the hotel with no mask sign and loiter for 2 days in the lobby and breakfast area with no mask on. All of this while New York state has a mask mandate.

Olá, este é de longe o melhor lugar para se hospedar quando estiver em Newburgh. Eu tinha 25 quartos para o nosso evento e todos estavam muito felizes, sem queixas da minha equipe. No geral, quarto espaçoso. No entanto, um pouco caro para a área. Não havia muitas comodidades disponíveis. Tivemos que pedir água engarrafada de cortesia na recepção porque eles estavam mais focados em seus telefones celulares. Mais atenção à limpeza era necessária no banheiro, especialmente o molde nos cantos do chuveiro.

Hola, este es el mejor lugar para alojarse cuando estés en Newburgh. Tenía 25 salas para nuestro evento y todos estaban muy contentos sin quejas de mi personal. Lugar muy bonito y cómodo. La recepción día y noche nos ayudó a mí y a nuestro invitado con mucha rapidez y a nuestras necesidades. Gracias. Volveremos el 18 de diciembre con un espectáculo más grande. Ojalá mayor descuento 🤭. Gracias. De cualquier manera volveremos con muchos más asistentes.

Habitación amplia en general. Sin embargo, un poco caro para la zona. No había muchas comodidades disponibles. Tuvimos que pedirle a la recepción el agua embotellada de cortesía porque estaban más concentrados en su teléfono móvil. Se necesitaba más atención a la limpieza en el baño, especialmente el moho en las esquinas de la ducha.

Overall spacious room. However a little pricey for the area. Not many amenities were available. We had to ask the front desk for the complimentary bottled water because they were more focused on their mobile phone.More attention to cleaning was needed in the bathroom especially the mold in the shower corners.

Hi this is the best place by far to stay when your in Newburgh. I had 25 rooms for our event and everyone was very happy no complaints from my staff. Very nice place and comfortable. The front desk day and night assisted me and our guest very promptly and to our needs. Thank you. We will be back December 18 with a bigger show. Hopefully bigger discount 🤭. Thank you. Either way we will be coming back with lots more attending.

The hotel staff were friendly, both hotel and room were clean, beds comfortable, and a spacious room. No complaints other then the lack of hot breakfast. Only a bag consisting of a muffin, water bottle, ocean spray cranberry juice, and nutrigrain bar.

Majority of my stay was pleasant up until departure. I Left a bag in the room accidentally, I called and they told me nothing was there in lost and found or returned to front desk . I went in person and mysteriously my bag appeared 20 minutes later . House keeping steals . Be careful

Good selection for breakfast, hot coffee the whole day, BUT I don’t recommend it for a family with children; the pool area isn’t available because they have particular swimming classes to children and adults extra hotel. UNCOMFORTABLE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

It's a good hotel. Clean, well run, with good breakfast options and plenty of room to hang out in the lobby. That said it's one standard unit of Hampton Inn. Absolutely worth the money. The Orange County Choppers facility across the parking lot is a plus or a minus depending on your taste.
