Hotel was updated with modern touch. Did seem to be in need of repairs. Hot tub was caution taped off with plywood over the top. Lighting repairs needed in pool area. Breakfast was good. Older style motel....

Não é um lugar ruim para passar a noite em uma longa viagem. Era limpo e razoavelmente bem conservado. O encaixe e o acabamento de algumas das luminárias do banheiro estavam faltando. Tudo funcionou como deveria. A proximidade com os trilhos da ferrovia significa que fica barulhento a cada duas horas ou mais. Não era intrusivo ou mais do que a rodovia próxima em nosso quarto no 4º andar.

Nós viajamos bastante e já visitamos muitos Hampton Inn & Suites. Superficialmente, isso era como qualquer outro. Mas ... A limpeza era ruim. 3 das latas de lixo na área da piscina estavam infestadas de moscas, havia uma enorme bolha de cabelo ao lado da piscina, havia grandes fios de cabelo preto em nossas toalhas em nosso quarto. O gerente do hotel imediatamente limpou as coisas e descontou nossos quartos. O preço antes do desconto já era muito bom. 1-2 estrelas para limpeza, mas 4-5 para o preço.

Já se passaram alguns anos desde que estivemos aqui, mas ainda recebemos excelente hospitalidade! O quarto havia sido atualizado. Minha única decepção foi a área da piscina. Precisava de atenção / manutenção. A barra de café da manhã foi melhorada embora. É um ótimo lugar para ficar!

As acomodações dos quartos eram limpas e confortáveis. Tivemos uma suíte que contribui para uma estadia muito confortável. O café-da-manhã de cortesia tinha um gosto bom, mas os alimentos e o café de reposição durante o café-da-manhã eram lentos, mas também é um problema real neste momento conseguir pessoal suficiente. Os funcionários com os quais interagimos no café da manhã foram diligentes e amigáveis, então achamos que eles estavam fazendo o seu melhor para acomodar.

We do a fair amount of travel and have been to many Hampton Inn & Suites.On the surface this was just like any others.But... The cleanliness was bad.3 of the trash cans in the pool area were infested with flies, there was a huge blob of hair next to the pool, there were large black hairs on our towels in our room.The hotel manager immediately had things cleaned up and discounted our rooms.The price before the discount was already pretty good.1-2 stars for cleanliness but 4-5 for price.

Not a bad place to crash for the night on a long road trip. It was clean and reasonably well maintained. The fit and finish of some of the fixtures in the bathroom was lacking. Everything worked as it should. The proximity to the railroad tracks means it gets noisy every couple hours or so. It wasn't intrusive or more than the nearby freeway in our 4th floor room.

The room accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had a suite which makes for a very comfortable stay. Complimentary breakfasts tasted good but replenishing foods and coffee during breakfasts were slow, but it is also a real problem at this point in time to get enough staffing. Staff we interacted with at breakfast were diligent and friendly so we think they were doing their best to accommodate.

It has been a couple of years since we stayed here, but we still received excellent hospitality! The room had been updated. My only disappointment was the pool area. It needed attention/maintenance. The breakfast bar was improved though. It's a great place to stay!

Adorei minha estadia. Eles tornaram mais fácil do check-in ao check-out. Desde o momento em que fui até a mesa até o momento em que fui para o meu quarto, foram aproximadamente 5 minutos. O check-out foi ainda mais fácil. Quarto era limpo e confortável.

O hotel era muito bonito no lobby principal. O café da manhã era decente. As questões principais foram 1. os trilhos de trem próximos à localização e muito barulhentos. 2. Insetos, não baratas, mas algum outro tipo de inseto de besouro ao qual encontramos 2 rastejando em nosso quarto. 3. Banheira de hidromassagem quebrada. Eu não acho que eu ficaria lá novamente. Eu passei o mesmo ficar em hotéis muito mais agradáveis. Desculpe, Hampton Inn ... Eu realmente espero que você conserte alguns problemas!

Loved my stay. They made it easy from check in to check out. From the time I walked up to the desk, to the time I was headed to my room, was approximately 5 minutes. Check out was even easier. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very pretty in the main lobby. Breakfast was decent. Main issues were 1. the location-near train tracks and very loud. 2. Bugs, not roaches but some other beetle type bug to which we found 2 of crawling around in our room. 3. Broken hot tub. I don't think I'd stay there again. I've spent the same staying in much nicer hotels. Sorry Hampton Inn... I really hope you get some issues fixed!

Estadia de última hora para um fim de semana do torneio. Fácil de encontrar. Muito limpo. A piscina coberta e a sala de ginástica parecem ótimas (embora não as tenhamos usado). Café da manhã fantástico com portas abertas para deixar entrar a brisa matinal agradável. Estações de saneamento por toda parte. Muito educado / simpático pessoal.

Last minute stay for a tournament weekend.Easy to find. Very clean. Indoor pool and fitness room look great (though we didn't use those).Fantastic breakfast with doors open to let in nice morning breeze. Sanitation stations throughout. Very polite/ friendly staff.
