This is our first stay for The Hampton Inn & Suites brand and we’re very pleased. The hotel is very clean, the staff are the friendliest and so helpful. The beds-super comfy. We felt safe and welcomed- we’ll definitely book again if in the area.

Excelente escolha, apesar de ser um pouco afastado do centro, compensa pelo valor e pelo o hotel. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Tem wifi, estacionamento e um ótimo café da manhã!!!! Voltarei com certeza!

Avaliei minha estadia com 5 apenas com base no excelente atendimento ao cliente que recebi da equipe Jamahal, William e Chelsea. Sou muito exigente e sensível ao ruído, por isso tive que pedir para mudar de quarto algumas vezes, sendo que alguns estavam no elevador ou conectados a outro hóspede barulhento. Jamahal foi o primeiro a me ajudar quando cheguei e ele ficou muito agradável e feliz em ver o que poderia fazer sobre uma mudança de quarto. Ele também se manteve muito amigável com todos, mesmo sendo o único na mesa e tendo que fazer malabarismos com várias tarefas. Fiquei impressionado como ele manteve a compostura e espírito bondoso.No dia seguinte, William ajudou a mudar meu quarto e consegui um quarto muito agradável. Ele ajudou com uma grande atitude e compreensão.Chelsea ajudou a garantir que eu fosse cobrado o valor exato citado e tivesse a personalidade mais otimista de todos os tempos.Também achei a cama muito confortável e a localização excelente. Eu ficaria aqui novamente. Apenas uma observação, se você gosta de coisas extremamente silenciosas, solicite um quarto do lado oposto, longe da estrada.

I rated my stay a 5 solely based off of the excellent customer service I received from the staff Jamahal, William, and Chelsea. I am very picky and sensitive to noise so I had to request to change my room a few times, being that some were by the elevator or connected to another loud guest. Jamahal was the first one to help me when I arrived and he was very pleasant and happy to see what he could do about a room change. He also remained very friendly with everyone, even when being the only one at the desk and having to juggle several tasks. I was impressed how he kept his composure and kind spirit. The next day William assisted with getting my room changed and I was able to be get a very nice room. He helped with a great attitude and understanding. Chelsea assisted with making sure I was charged the exact amount as quoted and had the most upbeat personality ever. I also thought the bed was very comfortable and the location was awesome. I would stay here again. Just a note, if you like things extremely quiet, request a room on the opposite side that is away from the road.

Ótima estadia! Eu tentei um par de hotéis na área e estava hesitante sobre este, mas eu fui para ele devido à proximidade com o escritório. Bem, eu estou feliz que eu fiz. O lugar é impecável. Quartos, camas e travesseiros limpos e muito confortáveis. Muito tranquilo à noite. Bons restaurantes mesmo em frente ao hotel. Estacionamento bom e iluminado com várias entradas no hotel. O café da manhã era muito bom e variado também. Mas o melhor são as pessoas que trabalham lá, atenciosas, gentis, profissionais e muito acolhedoras. Vou ficar aqui daqui para frente.

Great stay! I have tried a couple of hotels in the area and was hesitant about this one, but I went for it due to the proximity to the office. Well, I am glad I did. The place is impeccable. Clean and very comfortable rooms, beds and pillows. Very quiet at night. Nice restaurants right in front of the hotel. Good and lighted parking with several hotel entries. Breakfast was really good and varied too. But the best is the people working there, attentive, kind, professional and very welcoming. I will stay here going forward.

A equipe foi a melhor. Todos com quem entramos em contato foram extremamente educados e muito amigáveis. A mulher que cuida do café da manhã foi muito útil.O quarto tinha alguns problemas e me ofereceram absolutamente outro quarto (que recusei porque estávamos lá apenas uma noite e nada me causaria problemas.) A porta do banheiro não fechava (o que eu nem percebi seria um grande negócio para mim até que meu marido adormecesse lol.) A torneira do chuveiro estava muito solta e uma das prateleiras do banheiro parecia que estava prestes a cair.O ac funcionou muito bem, o que é extremamente importante para mim, porque é muito difícil dormir sem um ventilador de teto. O hotel era muito tranquilo. Tudo parecia muito limpo. Meus travesseiros ficaram perfeitos. Eu costumo comprar tijolos gigantescos para travesseiros (alguém realmente os usa), então fiquei muito feliz por ter alguns travesseiros macios e agradáveis.Eu definitivamente voltaria a este local se eu estivesse na área. Espero que eles procurem corrigir as poucas coisas com as quais encontramos problemas. Tenho certeza de que a maioria dessas coisas foi danificada pelos hóspedes.

A equipe foi muito agradável, e nosso quarto era bom, se um pouco barulhento (estávamos no 6º andar do lado da rua do edifício). Tudo estava limpo e confortável. Grande pressão da água e água muito quente. O barulho do corredor e do quarto ao lado era um pouco alto, mas tenho sono leve e as coisas se acalmaram às 12h. Adorei a academia que eu usei todos os dias, e a piscina coberta que eu teria usado se eu soubesse como era bom e tinha embalado um maiô. O café-da-manhã de cortesia era bastante bom, embora eu só comia aveia e iogurte. O café era muito bom. No geral, valor muito bom.

I stayed at this location three months ago and although it was during COVID, my bed was made, I got fresh towels, the soap and shampoo were replenish.Now three months later housekeeping was discontinued supposedly due to COVID. Very disappointing.I look forward to a little pamperingon vacation like having my bed made, fresh towels and trash emptied. Also the quality of the breakfast declined.This visit there were no muffins or danish.The bananas were over ripe, the oatmeal was watery, the hot entrees were cold.

El personal fue el mejor. Todos con los que entramos en contacto fueron extremadamente educados y muy amables. La mujer que se encarga del desayuno fue muy servicial.La habitación tenía un par de problemas y me ofrecieron absolutamente otra habitación (que rechacé porque solo estuvimos allí una noche y nada me causaría ningún problema). La puerta del baño no cerraba (que ni siquiera me di cuenta sería un gran problema para mí hasta que mi esposo se durmiera jajaja). La manija del grifo de la ducha estaba muy floja y uno de los estantes del baño parecía que estaba a punto de caerse.Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien, lo cual es extremadamente importante para mí porque es muy difícil dormir sin un ventilador de techo. El hotel estaba muy tranquilo. Todo parecía muy limpio. Mis almohadas eran perfectas. Por lo general, obtengo ladrillos gigantes para las almohadas (¿alguien realmente los usa?), Así que estaba muy feliz de tener algunas almohadas suaves y agradables.Definitivamente regresaría a este lugar si estuviera en la zona. El personal era muy agradable, y nuestra habitación estaba bien, aunque un poco ruidosa (estábamos en el sexto piso en el lado de la calle del edificio). Todo estaba limpio y cómodo. Gran presión de agua y agua muy caliente. El ruido del pasillo y la habitación de al lado era un poco ruidoso, pero tengo el sueño ligero y las cosas se calmaron a las 12 am. Me encantó el gimnasio que usaba todos los días y la piscina cubierta que habría usado si hubiera sabido lo agradable que era y hubiera empacado un traje de baño. El desayuno de cortesía era bastante bueno, aunque solo comí avena y yogur. El café era muy bueno. En general, muy buena relación calidad-precio.

The hotel staff made this visit a great experience. The accommodations were great ... great location, beds were awesome, the décor was up to date and the staff super warm and efficient (especially front desk check in). I will book this location again in my travels.

The staff were very nice, and our room was good, if a little noisy (we were on 6th floor on the street side of the building). Everything was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure and very hot water.The noise from the hallway and room next door was a little loud, but I'm a light sleeper and things settled down by 12 am. Loved the gym which I used every day, and the indoor pool which I would have used if I'd know how nice it was and had packed a bathing suit. The complimentary breakfast was fairly good though I only ate oatmeal and yogurt. Coffee was very good. Overall, very good value.

The staff were the best. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely polite and very friendly. The woman who has handling the breakfast was very helpful. The room did have a couple issues and I was absolutely offered another room (which I declined because we were only there one night and nothing would causes me any issues.) The door in the bathroom did not close (which I didn't even realize would be a big deal for me until my husband fell asleep lol.) The shower faucet handle was very loose and one of the shelves in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off. The ac worked really well though which is extremely important for me because it's very hard to sleep without a ceiling fan. The hotel was very quiet. Everything seemed very clean. My pillows were perfect. I usually get gigantic bricks for pillows (does anyone actually use those) so I was very happy to have some nice soft pillows. I would definitely return to this location if I were in the area. I hope they look into fixing the few things we found issues with. I'm sure most of that stuff was damaged by guests.

Reservamos esta estadia para minha família e eu que perdemos um ente querido. Entramos para fazer o check-in Jamal fez um ótimo trabalho, ele foi tão paciente conosco depois que dirigimos 9 horas, estávamos cansados! Ele garantiu que entendêssemos tudo o que estava acontecendo, deixando nossos quartos próximos um do outro do outro lado do corredor! Verificado em nós durante a nossa estadia! Ele foi ótimo! A localização era excelente comida era grandes quartos eram limpos. Um ambiente muito confortável.Eu definitivamente ficarei aqui no futuro! Quarto era extremamente limpo e confortável e os funcionários do hotel foram eficientes e muito simpáticos. Café-da-manhã foi como esperado em um Hampton Inn. Depois de escurecer, a sala poderia ter usado iluminação adicional, esp. na parede onde ficava o sofá, e a cama era um pouco mais macia do que eu preferia, mas era confortável. Com certeza voltaria!

Reservé esta estadía para mi familia y para mí que hemos perdido a un ser querido. Vinimos a registrarnos. Jamal hizo un gran trabajo, fue muy paciente con nosotros después de que condujimos 9 horas, ¡estábamos cansados! ¡Se aseguró de que entendiéramos que todo lo que estaba sucediendo hizo que nuestras habitaciones estuvieran cerca una de la otra al otro lado del pasillo! ¡Cuidado con nosotros durante nuestra estadía! ¡Él era genial! La ubicación era excelente, la comida era excelente, las habitaciones estaban limpias. Room was extremely clean and comfortable and hotel personnel were efficient and very friendly. Breakfast was as expected at a Hampton Inn.After dark, the room could have used additional lighting, esp. on the wall where the couch was located, and the bed was somewhat softer than I prefer, but it was comfortable.Would definitely return!

Booked this stay for my family and I who have lost a loved one. We came in to check in Jamal did a great job he was so patient with us after we drove 9hrs we were tired! He ensured we understand all that was going on got our rooms close to each other right across the hall! Checked on us during our stay! He was great! The location was great food was great rooms were clean. A very comfortable atmosphere.I will definitely be staying here in the future! Thanks for everything Jamal (VA Fam)and much love and peace from my family to yours! 💕
