“Very surprised by the quality of services I get for a 2 star chain hotel. Convenient location, friendly and attentive staff; room is clean and spacious. Surprised by the cold press juices in the morning. Feel like I have to pay $200-$300 if I want to find a hotel like this in metropolitan areas.”

“Firstly, let me state the employee who helped me was extremely kind and apologetic. She was the only good thing about my stay thus far.
When I arrived it took nearly 30 mins to get into my room. There was some error with the system and the first two rooms I was assigned were occupied. I know this because I walked in on the first guest, and the second room my key wouldn’t work. When the staff person came to assist me, she overheard voices inside.
Another trip to the front desk and a third room later, I was escorted into an unoccupied room. After settling in, I realized the room was not clean. There is hair in the shower and in between the sheets of the bed. Leading me to believe the sheets have not been changed, only made. Unfortunately I am too tired to try my luck with getting another room, so I am typing my review as I lie fully clothed in bed.
While the staff has been top notch, I cannot wait to not come back here and strongly advise anyone looking for a place to stay to drive a few more miles and go somewhere else.
Hilton Honors isn’t worth this.”
