“Quero começar dizendo que concordo 100% que Sally, a GM, é profissional e cortês. No entanto, estou perplexo com a possibilidade de que alguém em qualquer lugar teria uma coisa positiva a dizer sobre este hotel. Eu viajo bastante e nunca fiquei em nenhum lugar que eu achasse que fosse um perigo real para a saúde. Este hotel deveria ser eviscerado, condenado ou incendiado e reconstruído. Basta dizer que havia um risco biológico claro e muitas manchas de origem questionável em tudo - colchões, abajures, pisos, cortinas. Uma pilha de lixo estava enfiada no sofá-cama. Nosso quarto parecia e cheirava a uma cena de crime que ainda não tinha sido limpa. O hotel lidou com minhas preocupações com respeito e fez o certo por nós como hóspedes pagantes, mas este hotel não tem negócios alugando quartos para ninguém. Embalei tudo o que vestimos enquanto estávamos no quarto em um saco selado que levei para casa para lavar com água sanitária e desinfetar - é assim que tenho certeza de que havia patógenos no ar e outros. Não fique aqui. Os proprietários precisam renovar completamente este hotel de cima a baixo antes que seja um lugar seguro para qualquer pessoa ficar.”

“Showed up for reservation on Saturday (through Monday). Despite my having a confirmation email (and the app currently showing my correct reservation) that my reservation wasn't until the following day and they had no rooms. Didn't seem like they were going to help at all until I pointed out that I was a Diamond member. Front desk called someone who instructed them to call a local hotel and get me a room, which they did. The room, despite being at a generally nicer hotel was an single queen interior room (i.e. no windows to the outside) with a tiny bathroom (the sink had to be in the bedroom), and just was generally not even close to the room I booked (king w/ study). Showed up the next evening and the same front desk clerk was there. At first he didn't remember us, but then he did and asked how our other room was. When I told him honestly how I felt about it (like above), he basically said that's too bad and continued to check us in. Didn't get offered waters or snacks. He may have said the word "sorry" at some point during all this, but I honestly don't remember because if he did, it wasn't sincere at all. Woke up the next morning to the receipt in my email. Somehow they managed to charge me the higher rate for that night (what should have been my Saturday night rate for my reservation that "didn't exist") instead of the lower Sunday night rate. The front desk clerk (Tom this time) was helpful and managed to get that corrected, but it was like an extra slap in the face on what had honestly been one of my worst experiences in dealing with a Hilton properties the last 10 years.”
