The resort comprises a total of 444 rooms. Most of the storeys can be reached by lift. Wireless internet access is available to guests in the public areas. The hotel's culinary facilities include a restaurant, a dining area and a bar. Travellers can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and an attractive garden. “This was a lovely hotel and restaurant. The food was excellent. My daughter and I loved shopping at the cute stores also. It was close enough to Disney to take valet and far enough away for peace and quiet when we wanted it. The pools were warm and well kept. The atmosphere was pristine and welcoming.”

“Stayed here for a few nights in Feb 2020.
Staff are great and kept guests well looked after. Room was clean and spacious.
Pool complex is good and excellent facilities for families with kids.
Breakfast was OK but lacked any variation.
Some issues with maintenance though. Lazy river broken for a few days and empty wash products in gym shower room.
On the whole the best place I have stayed in Orlando and would certainly return.”
