“We were welcomed with a great smile, pleasant greeting from a young man by the counter. Check in experience was the beginning of a good stay. We stayed in a suite and enjoyed our room. The only con is continental breakfast selection was not interesting.”

“I accidentally left my toiletry bag in my room and realized it after checking out. I called the hotel and was not surprised to hear it was gone, so whoever took it emptied my medication that was in there and kept it for themselves. Not surprised, but was surprised and disappointed by the front desk’s response who made it clear she gave zero Fs and was extremely snarky knowing that the staff member stole my bag.”
