“I very much appreciated the caring attitude of an Hispanic gentleman who was bussing tables and asking patrons if he could get something for them. The check-in process for me was very quick & efficient. However, I had to wait a long time for my turn to check in because front desk personnel were too busy taking time to promote Hiltons honor program.”
