“The place was amazing! The hotel looks incredible in the inside, it feels so open like if it was outside but its indoors. The service was also good and the staff was nice. The room was really clean and had a nice aesthetic to it. The beds felt good to sleep on and the sheets were clean and soft. We also went to the indoor pool. I really like that it went down to 7ft because most only go to 5ft, and as a pretty tall person its kind of a bummer. The pool was pretty big, and the water was fairly clean. It was kind of murky, but mostly clear, you could see some particles in it, but it was alright. Overall, I would recommend staying there because of how nice everything is!”

“IMPRESSED! I scored a room here during the recent winter storm. Even without power and water (both only individually) the stay was pleasant. The rooms were large, in great shape, very clean and with a functional layout (common area facing the atrium and bedroom tucked further inside, ideal for warmth and quiet). The reason for my review though is the staff - Both Levi and Tanner worked around the clock! Not only did they single-handedly manage the guests and the operations but also, despite the stressful situation and reduced resources, they remained calm and courteous at all times! I truly hope they were recognized for their above and beyond service. Based on this interaction, I strongly recommend Embassy Suites and look forward to trying them again.”
