“I have had better service in hostels. This place is nowhere near what a palace should be.
The minibar had leftover opened bottles from the previous guests, the spa was not working, the bathroom had damaged plumbing and the reception staff who welcomed us was rude.
I usually don't leave reviews but having to pay so much for such a poor experience I want to ensure none else gets tricked.
Definitely not a 5 star”

“Lovely historical site and a nice hotel, feels like travel in time. Very good food and comfortable large rooms. Unfortunately spa doesn't have a pool and to my taste was not the highest quality...lacked good ventilation and ambiance, reception should be more engaged , we were not informed that there is a chapel in the hotel and this should be told at our check in”
