This location does not live up to double tree brand standards. The shower has mold all over the tile, no cookies, they charge you for everything including coffee and water, and the rooms look and feel more like a holiday inn. Great location and good customer service but this place is very tired.

1. I had a handicap room- didn't ask for it Which had a miniature closet, my clothing were dragging the floor. 2. Breakfast was served but was not told I had to pay. 3. No available carts upon arrival to take or clothing upstairs 4.Room service line was constantly busy. Inever ordered...no answer 5. Coffee was available in the room but no other fixtures.When we went downstairs to get it. I had to pay. 6. Marijuana smell in elevator and hallway

Friendly staff, good rooms. Digital keys don't always work, so get a physical key (common issues a lot of places). Other than that no issues.

Good breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Fairly modern bathroom. If anything the room could use a fresh coat of paint. Time to bring back the cookies at check in too.

Excellent nights stayed at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is working or just in the area. Professional and accommodating staff at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner at this hotel is very delicious.

Não vou ficar novamente, pois a propriedade já passou do seu auge. Nenhum cookie no check-in (ei, é pelo que eles são conhecidos) o centro de fitness mostra o rack de haltere nas fotos, mas na chegada eles o removeram. A cama é confortável, mas todas as outras coisas são inferiores, carpete, cortinas, chuveiro, pia, sem geladeira no quarto, a tampa da tábua de passar estava pela metade. Tive que trocar de quarto, pois a primeira unidade em que entrei tinha ventilador no máximo, termostato definido para 67, temperatura ambiente em 87. Não foi possível desligá-lo. Voltou para a mesa para aconselhá-los, ela perguntou "o que você gostaria de fazer?" realmente? Ah, mude de quarto, por favor?!

Fantástico!! Quartos limpos e espaçosos com uma equipe que se esforça para acomodar! Café da manhã farto servido com uma variedade de alimentos todas as manhãs. Amplo estacionamento para carros e grupos que viajam de ônibus. Também pode acomodar vários grupos. No local de trabalho, área limpa, mas poderia usar um rack de halteres para complementar os pesos. Fácil acesso a 95 com comércio nas proximidades. Definitivamente vou recomendar.

Won't stay again as the property is well past its prime. No cookie at check in(hey, it's what they're known for) the fitness center shows dumbell rack in pics, but upon arrival they removed it. Bed is comfy but all other stuff is sub par, carpet, drapes, shower, sink, no fridge in room, ironing board cover was half off. Had to switch rooms as first unit I walked in had fan at full blast, thermostat set to 67, room temp at 87. Couldn't shut it off. Went back to desk to advise them, she asked "what would you like to do?"really? Ah, change rooms please?!

Fantastic!! Clean spacious rooms with a staff that goes out of they're way to accommodate! Hearty breakfast served with a variety of foods every morning. Ample parking for cars and groups traveling by motor coach. Can also accommodate multiple groups. On site work out area clean but could use a rack of dumbbells to supplement weights. Easy access to 95 with shopping nearby. Will definitely recommend.

Horrível. O vaso sanitário não funcionava. A pia não escoaria. Risco de tropeçar no quarto. Até mesmo uma xícara de café tinha o preço. Sem geladeira ou microondas no quarto. 2 garrafas de água no quarto ... com a notação de que o custo era de US $ 2 cada. $ 125. Uma noite mais impostos. Sem café da manhã .. nem mesmo um café. Tão triste que Double Tree tenha afundado tão baixo ... costumava ser um dos melhores

Horrible. Toilet wouldn't flush. Sink wouldnt drain. Trip hazard in room. Even a cup of coffee was priced. No refrigerator or microwavein room.2 bottles of water in room..with notation that cost was $2 each. $125. A night plus tax. No breakfast ..not even a coffee. Just so sad that Double Tree has sunk this low..it used to be one of the best

Stayed here for work. I’m in the area often so I became a Hilton honors member with the hotel credit card. I enjoyed the bar and the food. However, after working long hours, I had some groceries and necessities delivered because I wasn’t able to go after work. My groceries were delivered. However, after delivery, they were stolen outside my door. This hotel did absolutely NOTHING about it. I called and called and was given the run around every single time. So, if you want to stay in a hotel who promises to do something about a theft inside their own walls and doesn’t do a single thing, you may consider this place. I refuse to stay here again.

Me quedé en un cuarto con dos camas y entradas por adentro y para afuera. Me gustó mucho porque fue más fácil sacar a mis perros con quien fui. No puedo comentar de los servicios porque fui para una boda y regresé tarde.
