“First impression was very clean and well kept. Had an upscale feeling to the lobby. Was disappointed in the housekeeping service - they skipped our room both days of our stay. Common areas very clean. Pool area was well kept and never busy. Check in was quick and easy. Parking is also plentiful. There are several restaurants across the parking lot that are convenient to walk to. There is also a cafe/coffee shop in the hotel complex (see cons). Hotel buffet breakfast was delicious, albeit expensive. Housekeeping skipped our room both days of our stay so we had to request fresh towels from the front desk and live with overflowing trash cans. Even after requesting fresh towels we had to hang out in our room for 2 hours before someone ran them up. The Cafe in the lobby and in the cafeteria area are plastered with the Starbucks logo, however they do not follow Starbucks practices so their coffee was very burnt, I had to throw it out. The Frappes and such were alright. The hotel breakfast is expensive at $18/person.”
