“Disappointed by the reputation this hotel has and the money it cost to stay here. The blinds did not close all the way and my room was facing a parking garage with bright lights. It was difficult to get the room dark enough for a better nights rest. When I was about to take a shower it had a large amount of hair that was not picked up completely… gross. The hotel bar was closed on a Friday night at 5pm from what I would guess, not enough staff. Hard to plan other dinning accommodations when you have an early departure the next day. A pro would be the staff was friendly. Would I stay here again? Not for 200$/night with a dirty room and no advertised accommodations that you book for. Not worth it and pretty upset.”

“This is a hidden little gem. Courtney was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. There were a couple of minor problems but Courtney worked with Mark and they both took care of the issues. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. It is within walking distance of Green Hills Mall which has several choices of restaurants. Starbucks is at the mall along with a movie theatre. The outside patio has an adorable water fountain and a brick fire pit. The fitness room was open 24 hours and it had everything I needed. The pool on the roof top was absolutely relaxing an a romantic space for a bottle of wine in the evening. The bistro was quaint and offered drinks and a small but delicious menu. Overall I do think that Marriott needs to address some “wear and tear” issues but they did not affect our stay. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, there were plenty of linens. It was parents weekend at our daughters college and when we arrived to pick her up she was sick. Vanderbilt Walk In Clinic was around the corner along with Walgreens. This was a perfect stay for her to relax, unwind and heal just in time for classes on Monday. Also, the lobby area and the rooftop areas provided space for my husband to work. We will be back next month to visit our daughter and stay at this little gem! Thanks again to Courtney and Mark!”
