“One of the best we ever staid at. Management is excellent, rooms clean, and the people at the reception at check in were outstanding. It was a late afternoon, we were both jet lagged and just longed for a quiet room. They made sure we felt welcome and walked with us through different rooms to find a perfect fit, still with a smile on their face. Well done! When in Charlotte we will stay here again.”
