“Stayed here for a conference and had a wonderful experience. Very comfortable room, convenient location that’s close to everything but far enough away it’s not disruptive, and an incredibly helpful staff (especially Darnell, who remembered us and our room number at check out several days after we checked in). Even with SEWE going on, it never felt crowded or over-busy. I’ll gladly stay here next time I’m in Charleston!”

“So disappointing stay here with my business coworkers . The coffee in the room was not even close to coffee pour out straight water . The prices at the restaurant inside the hotel went up completely and totally not worth it had mold on my muffin the eggs was to soggy and today at 9:30 am the lady was completely rushing to take my order. The hot water taste like it was sitting there for days a very unpleasant taste. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel every again you can also see that managers be walking around on they phones all the time one black short lady almost bump into because she was on her phone carrying a cart wearing headphones not professional or business like .You can see they don’t train employees right because not even one employee said good morning today while i was there nor had a smile and i left there 11am and came down at 9:30am do better please .Now i’m not saying everything was bad because my stay yesterday was fabulous the young man at the front desk greeted me and was highly respectful the young lady at the restaurant was beautifully respectful, helpful and greeted me with a beautiful smile that lightened up the room. The man that made my coffee was respectful and made it right tasted just like Starbucks those are the people that makes me want to come back if i had a business down here i would’ve recommended all of them. Today wasn’t a good day for nobody as i can tell but take my advice and try again next time .”
