Beautiful hotel. Our room was very nice, a small balcony was great for nightime views. Hotel staff were friendly, and professional. Nelson was extremely pleasant. Conveniently located, many great locations within easy walking distance. Hop on Hop off tour bus right around the corner for areas that may be a longer walk then comfortable for some. Tour drivers were very informative and interesting. Only downfall: the refrigerator was stocked with their sodas and liquor, no room for anything I purchased. (pastries, snacks for later etc) I had to take all of their soda cans out to make room for the items I wanted to put in. How many cans of soda are you really going to drink in your room? It seemed the refrigerator was more for their profit then my convenience. I have been to Boston before, and I will certainly be back and stay at the Bostonian.

Excelente localização, funcionários, quartos limpos, crianças amigável e banheiro/chuveiros agradáveis. Recomendaria e pode ficar em outros hotéis Millennium por causa disso. Também tinha água gelada de garrafa de cortesia que veio super útil com as crianças e sendo tão quente. Pequeno toque é uma grande coisa.

My husband and I were upgraded to a deluxe room with views. This was a pleasant surprise. Our room service was brought up by Floyd whom remembered everything and quickly returned with extra sugar upon our request. I have stayed here twice once in March 2022 and again now in August 2022 and will come back again. Unlimited water from the lobby cooler is great especially since it's 95 plus degrees outside.

One of the elevators were out of service. The TV in our room was not working. Ice machine was not working. We got a paper explaining some information. It stated they had drinks and snacks 24 hours in the lobby. I walked down to the lobby to be told everything they offered was in the mini bar. Valet was very polite. Location is the only thing good about the hotel. Otherwise I'd advise to stay elsewhere.

Great location, staff, rooms clean, kids friendly, and nice bathroom/showers. Would recommend and may stay in other Millennium hotels because of it. Also had iced chilled bottle water complimentary which came in super handy with the kids and it being so hot. Small touch is a big thing.

O único pedido que tivemos foi um mini-frigorífico extra (porque o do quarto está cheio de bebidas para compra) que eles disseram que forneceriam gratuitamente e nunca recebemos um. Não é um disjuntor. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente!

A equipe de check-in foi super amigável. O quarto era limpo e confortável, com ótimas comodidades. O restaurante estava delicioso. A localização é perfeita. Apenas críticas que não são disjuntores - o serviço de quarto estava frio no momento em que nos alcançou, e o elevador é muito lento. Mas eu não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente. Belo lobby e a água engarrafada gratuita foi uma comodidade agradável e de boas-vindas. Obrigado por nos hospedar!

It is a little bit dated, but the location of this hotel simply cannot be beaten! Everything you need to see is within 5 min walk and it's in the epicenter of night life with bunch of pubs, bars and night clubs. Quincy market is also a street away. Rooms were also impeccably clean. Would definitely recommend especially when making a day/overnight trip to Boston!

Location Wonderful. Room spacious and comfortable. Just what we were looking for our 2 days here in Boston. The only request we had was an extra mini Fridge (because the one in the room is filled with beverages for purchase) which they said they would provide free of charge and we never received one. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again!

The check in staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The restaurant was delicious. The location is perfect. Only criticisms which are not deal breakers- the room service was cold by the time it reached us, and the elevator is very slow. But I would not hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful lobby and the free bottled water was a nice, welcome amenity. Thank you for hosting us!

Muy bueno pero demasiado caro. Si llegás antes te cobran por entrar un ratito antes encima. Habitación muy amplia, cómoda, tiene cafetera, secador de pelo, ofrece agua embotellada gratis. No tiene microondas, ni heladera (tiene una llena de bebidas que si encima moves algo ya te suman a la cuenta) así que ni usar se puede. Excesivo formalismo, la atención no es muy agradable.

This place was awesome. I posted a longer review over on Yelp, so check that out for more. But seriously -- you couldn't ask for a better experience with a better location. The front desk staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean, and the lobby was very professional and well-arranged. It was a great stay.

The only good thing about this hotel, is its location. The hotel is DARK and OLD! The rooms smell weird, the furniture is old, the entire place is just not worth the $$ unless you get a room for $100 or under. I paid $200+ for 1 night and it was money wasted, definitely would never book here again if I knew the state of this hotel as is today.

Excelente hotel,ótima localização na parte histórica de Boston. A Freedom trail passa na rua ao lado e há vários pontos da mesma a poucos passos de distância. O monumento ao holocausto também fica ao lado. O TD Garden fica a poucos quarteirões, senão possível ir a pé para assistir aos jogos do Biston Celtics. Quanto aos quartos são excelentes,academia completa,restaurante muito bom.

First room given had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and a broken phone. Bed felt unclean. Was charged $25 on top of my reservation for a ‘facility fee’. Worst hotel I’ve been to in Boston.

Extremely loud construction work outside the hotel starting at 03:30am meant that we had very little sleep while at the hotel. Would recommend avoiding for the near future unless you can sleep through loud construction.

Nossa primeira noite que tivemos um quarto King superior que foi bem decorado. Uma sacada bonitinha, embora a única porta não abrisse.Na noite seguinte, fizemos um upgrade para a suíte Millennium. Esta é uma suíte extremamente grande e espaçosa. A varanda nos ofereceu uma vista maravilhosa do Faneuil Hall e do Quincy Market.Passamos muito tempo nesta varanda apreciando as vistas e sons de Boston. Há uma ressalva, Boston sabe como festejar. E eles podem fazer isso muito tarde da noite. Então, alguns desses quartos podem ser um pouco barulhentos para alguns. Achamos que era agradável e, quando as portas e cortinas estavam fechadas, diminuía o som o suficiente para dormir um pouco.A suíte Dawes será no próximo ano!

Meu namorado e eu viemos aqui para nossa primeira viagem juntos e foi a nossa primeira vez em Boston. Ficamos realmente impressionados! Foi acessível para a qualidade da estadia e na localização mais perfeita que poderíamos ter imaginado. Nunca estivemos a mais de dez minutos a pé de qualquer coisa! As suítes eram lindas, e o banheiro era tão incrível com banheira e chuveiro. A varanda era pequena, mas ainda assim uma adição agradável e nos deu uma excelente vista. No geral, nós definitivamente viríamos aqui novamente e fizemos uma viagem realmente memorável e especial juntos. Obrigado!

My boyfriend and I came here for our first trip together and it was both of our first time's in Boston. We were really impressed! It was affordable for the quality of the stay, and in the most perfect location we could've imagined. We were never more than a ten minute walk away from anything! The suites were beautiful, and the bathroom was so awesome with a tub and shower. The balcony was small, but still a nice addition and gave us a great view. Overall, we would definitely come here again and made for a really memorable and special trip together. Thank you!

Our first night that we had a superior King room which was nicely appointed. A cute little balcony, although the one door did not open. The next night we upgraded to the Millennium suite. This is an extremely large and spacious suite. The balcony offered us a wonderful view of Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. We spent much time on this balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of Boston. There is a caveat, Boston knows how to party. And they can do so very late in the evening. So some of these rooms maybe a little loud for some. We found it to be enjoyable, and when the doors and curtains were drawn it did diminish the sound enough to get some sleep. The Dawes Suite will be next year!

I always stay here when I go home to visit my family and each time I've stayed it's always been lovely. In September of 2020 I stayed here while going through an awful pregnancy that required me to be hospitalized for a month. The day I got released from the hospital I checked into the Bostonian and I can't even explain how over the top kind, caring, amazing the manager was. He was so helpful making sure I had everything I needed. It still brings tears of joy to my eyes when I think about everything he did for me. Love this hotel and it's employees. Besides staff being top notch, I love the views this hotel has. Something to note though, don't stay on the Market side during celebration times if you like peace and quiet. You can hear the partying! Haha! They're also building a new structure directly to the east of the Bostonian so be aware that construction starts nice and early. But the construction is temporary so hopefully that will be done with soon!

Very friendly service. I don't like that we were not told ahead of time or at check in that there is a $25 convenience fee per day now, but instead it was in an informative letter given at check in nor do I agree with the fee. I don't think that because of hand sanitizer they should charge this per room. Especially since they no longer do daily room cleaning. The hotel is very nice, but right now the restaurant is closed, the fountain is shut down, and the view from window is construction. Is is in a great location. The room was great and service was perfect.
